Enyewe the kenyan market has so many un-informed buyers if these can go for 13 to 14 million in Gikambura and get sold off.
It's the "UNNECESSARY" balconies for me😅😅i mean the developer would have just left one that's accessible on corridor and used the other as a bathroom for the 2 rooms only
