well, I'd say neither Samsung nor iphone rather, a Nothing Phone 2a maybe? For the house, its nice cozy and small for a single person, since there is no dining room, tiny bedroom spaces so this is essentially a one bedroom house with two flex spaces. Oh yes... the bathrooms are ugly.
