I’ve had the pleasure of seeing her live, and after reading her story with Titanic, I’m so happy to have been able to see watch her perform as she is. I knew she existed before this album, but didn’t know she made music. After listening to her earlier music, this style seems to fit her better!
After listening to almost all of Poppy's music, I must say this heavier, darker sound is so much better than the full-out pastel kawaii girl vibes and I'm vibing. So happy she found the sound and feel that made her the most happy and that she's doing what she wants. She's a real icon and deserves so much fucking respect
