IC R i think it's because her parents are very involved. Her dad always goes with her to sets and shows. I noticed that the kids who go off the rails were usually left alone on sets etc..if you look at the interviews with Macaulay and other kids like him, you'll notice that the parents were only involved in the financial aspects of things and weren't really too concerned with the safety of their kids.
Sarah Hill also her parents are teachers and they also raised Zendaya in a way where she grew up to have some common sense
