No I kinda agree with him but not completely cuz I saw people walking away out of the theaters in the first half . I also felt disappointed probably cuz I had high expectations 😅 but movie is good but the screenplay is too slow to grip audiences ( not me personally tho it made me a little annoyed )these days and disappointed with Katrina's acting could've been much better

Its an adaptation of a french novel and Raghavan is very true to the source material. Aesthetically retro bollywood style mixed with neo-noir, I liked it. You should have watched Captain Miller those are more your kind of movies

Nobody could guess the suspense in 2nd half like vijay anand films jewel thief ,teesri manzil etc...if u see aradhna there is nothing happend in first half even rajesh khanna dies..if today release then people would have criticised it but after 2nd half everybody knew how aradhna was nd rajesh became first supetstar...every story dont need same suspense or thrill...its a good thriller but not best if u see as sriram film
I was waiting for something to happen. I was very patient throughout the movie. Though it was not a bad movie, I was very disappointed. Performances of Vijay and Katrina were good. But it was really slow. It could easily benefit from tighter editing and shorter run time. The screenplay could have been better, story being the same
These kind of films are not everyone's cup of tea. That's why they are not categorised under "mass films". Some may like it, some may get disappointed. But, atleast don't leak the story of the movie while sharing your experience.

Its a decent film. But the solution seems to somewhat also have a bit of inspiration from Detective Conan the anime episode "Historical Actor Murder Case" which was a pleasant to re-watch in a slightly more dramatised manner. In case, anyone here likes murder mystery as a genere there isnt a better material that Detective Conan.

If mass movies are cringe, then all Marvel and DC movies are cringe. A well done mass movie is certainly spectacular. In fact it's hard to make a well done mass film. There are many mass films but only few of them are hits. In fact mass films are harder than content based films. Your standards are crap. As simple as that. And this is coming from the fan of the best content based industry in India (perhaps the world), Malayalam industry. It's very hard to create unique action sequences. You clearly don't know much about cinema.
