Had the same problem and reticle cleared up when I put my glasses correcting for astigmatism and I'm near sighted. My eyesight is good enough that I rarely wear my glasses.
@@tacticalnutz I ran an XPS 2-0 for years. Just switched over to an AEMS with a green reticle. I know it's not the same as the 510, but the green is a LOT easier for me personally to pick up than the fuzzy red of the XPS. Also, I had to send my XPS back to EOTech every couple years because the reticle would fade and they'd have to repair/replace it. That being said, I only just started running the Holosun and haven't had any issues, especially like you're describing. I know this video is older so not sure if you got a replacement or what, but I'd be interested in a follow-up
I've not noticed that, it has solar back up, it will work with no battery , also auto bright mode and true co-witness with Magpul iron sights look straight through I have two green haven't noticed that issue. It could be your eyes
I had the same problem except it was 360 degrees of blur.returned it. Next day I ordered from Amazon. Same problem right out of the box. It cost me $13.60 to return it. I have friends who have never had a problem And love this optic, I want one and will try one more time. Three times a charm right.?
Isn’t the center dot all that matters anyway? Can’t say I’ve ever had an issue with any holo sight as all I’m sighted on is the very center. Just sayin…. Can someone advise me as to why this is important? Maybe I’m missing something.
I realize I’m a a little late to this - but I just received mine today - I wear glasses .. when you bring up the double line on 65 MOA ring .. what I didn’t notice at first , I do notice now - but how does that effect the real usage of this? Is it going to cause inaccurate shot placement?

I bought a brand new one and had the same problem, on the green one. I have had many of the red ones and loved them all.
I have 2 of these. One in red and one in green for a few yrs. Never had a problem.
Would you recommend it over an EOTech?

Same optic, sounds like you got a bad one. No issues on mine. Yours is first time I’ve heard this issue honestly.

I notice the same thing. I thought I was seeing things. Looking at other comments I'm hoping its just a defective unit.
