Relinquished always feels like a Turing test deck in the sense that it exposes which players are bots… and which ones just auto pilot.
So one could say that this play might be a digital dummy..

Its annoyingly consistent/versatile in its combos and extensions - especially if you have to go second against it. Even with more consistent decks like swordsouls or mathmechs, if you don't draw a good hand going 2nd against it, tearlaments is an absolute nightmare.
That's what makes it tier 0 rather than the strength of the combos or the monster effects on the field.
Seeing meta slaves literally in tears and lamenting, clapped hard by underrated funni decks always made my day better.

@Tomato the problem with ojama is that it's slow to lock up the field unless you have god level rng

U gotta admit tho, if the pilot knows what he is doing, well then this deck becomes soooo REWARDING

Well, this is usually a new players or new to the deck and with tear you can't really read everything because timeout even when the effect that would activate is highlighted.

As someone that played Relinquished/Restrict while I played Master Duel, this makes me quite happy. I was hoping to see such a deck dunk Tier and well...I got what I wanted.

I've been working on an eyes restrict deck for a while. 1 of my favorite combos is Kinka Byo and Fusion Parasite. I ise Fusion Recycling Plant as well, so it's usually a free fusion if not a plus

This is why i fucking LOVE Relinquished. I swept every Tear deck with Relinquished simply because of Kaiju (Slumber) and the fusion spell being able to use the Graveyard and hand

I have less problems to win against tearlaments than i had with sprights...
That MD algorithm is strange though. I always win/ loose in streaks. 10 times perfect hand and wins. Than the next day, 10 times loses with brick hands. With the same deck. This cycle repeats for months now.
Does anyone else has this strange experience???

yup its so weird, even my sun-rikka deck can win easly, sprite-runick or despia-hero on the other hand is far more annoying to play around with.
