Yes bro i was also there The Indian Army should conduct the CEE exam first before this Agniveer it seems injustice for those youngsters who tried hard who gave his best who dreamt about joining Army. But they didn't understand our pain 😭💔💔💔
I was one of them and now I'm discharged from service unwillingly as I was injured while running and went to military hospital for more than 30 days. I think the concept is agneepath scheme is not bad but the some policy needs to change as it's nobrainer. It's not one's fault to get injured they got injured while training and after discharge I could have continued my training but I was discharged with a precious year of my life destroyed and my leg too with no competition as earlier regular cadre soliders used to get full life time pensions if se injuries happened during training time but now they just send us home with nothing. I request NDTV please help us and let my words reach higher Authority as I don't want this to happen with others. And also till now this type of case is only happening in artilery center why?
I request give us justice with whatever happened to us and change some rules for the recruit as well .

Training takes some week or months but experience will come with ground experiences may be on months or take years.
Everything starts with training 12 months ki jo training hoti thi ussi kei.vaat alag hoti thi. Training of à year in a month don't make a sense to the people.
Govt is killing the aspirations of youths.
What is the issue? USA also has the same program. You join military, train, serve for 4 years, get out, go to college free & then your normal career or simply just start working. It is not like they are not paying. They probably will make lot more with military then what they would get on their own. There are preferences for job posting in civil life as well.

Before comment try to realise that agniveer is not recruitment to the defence forces but this is a voluntary schemes . Those who want to contribute they can join those do not want they can move to any other options... This is very simple working for defence is not job like others it is a service to the nation..
