I have a one suggestion, keep a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket and floor cleaning liquid. Clean up the place as you finish or when appropriate. Don't live behind cleaning for your customers.

Very little chemical was used for every hole. Not properly done I guess. You should use a foamer to shoot chemical on every hole, as the foam fills all gaps behind the wall.

Pest control? Shucks. 3 years back I spent 11,000 thousand rupees for termite control by the same method shown in this vid by an expert firm. After 8 months latter one entire electrical switch board was completely destroyed. This board was just 3 feet above the treated area. So much for termite control.
