How marvelous is this woman, so knowledgeable and enthusiastic as she descends into the depths. She is difficult for me to understand but so worth it to try. Anyone should be grateful for her sharing this extraordinary place with them.

Thank You for sharing these amazing sites and information with us around the World watching. I find these places to be astounding, so much information is right there on sight waiting to be discovered! This type of Human History is so interesting to me unlike the history of war, or violence that is pushed on us in early life. These places are truly wonderful and hopefully one day I'll get to go there. Thanks! Love from the U.S.

I have a question! English is not my first language so it's possible that I've just missed this part, sorry.
    - Do we have somethings letting us know for how many time they lived there:
Was it a kind of security bunker, in which they are going to hide for small periods at the time (like few months, or 1 year) ? Or it's a place where people have lived for very long period (10 - 20 years or more) ?
I'm asking this because I wonder about the lack of vitamin D. Poor them, they haved no sun at all in this place!
    - Are there some squeletons who have been analyzed by researcher, and that can inform us on the health of these people ?
I'm very curious to know about that, it's SO interesting :) THANKS A LOT !!!

When that city was constructed, first aim was to survive from the war. Those cities (it is said that there are 200 of them in Capadocia) were costructed aroumd 2000 years (may e more) ago. They used it to survive from the war and always got out for their general needs. If it is not war time they lived on the surface. It is said that construction is made during Hitteties time. After that first Christians also used them to survive from their enemies. As far as I know no skeleton was found when it was discovered.

Come si alimentano? In che area si trovano le coltivazioni? Perché nel video non si vedono alberi (geologia)? È interessante questo territorio - How do they feed? What area are the crops located in? Why don't you see any trees in the video (geology)? This area is interesting 🔆🔆

This was a wonderful tour. However, despite her excellent English, I had difficulty understanding and wish there were English subtitles. CZcams is closed caption did a terrible job interpreting, even telling me that Marie Kondo had decorated the kitchens of the big church. 😀

      Thanks for your comment.
We always put our subtitles on when English is not good or when speaking in another language.
In the case of this documentary we didn't do it because, as you also said, the spoken English is good.
I know they would have been useful in this case too. Unfortunately, once the video has been published it is not possible to add subtitles with our graphics.
We never use CZcams automatic subtitles. We always put our own subtitles.

If you want to see whats on the other side of those walls you can look at the underground levels of most capital buildings anywhere in the world, They ALL are the same or you can see some of the thousands of underground tunnels and cities, Look at the underground train in NORTH KOREA, Do you think the north Koreans built that? Look again.
