  • There was a time that the RC10 was the best selling RC car for racers and bashers alike. Now it’s a pure track-focused work of art. It’s racing history makes it the most winning buggy ever, and the latest version is even better. Just like an Apple release…this is their best racing buggy ever (without a camera update). If you are considering a new 2WD, upgrading, or switching brands this RC10 B6.3D (carpet version available) is the best you can buy. ‪@TeamAssociatedRC‬ is just waiting for another IFMAR World’s trophy. Yea I loves me a real deal dirt track. about 45 minutes from me I have a spot with a very indoor nice clay track, indoor dirt circle track, and a classic outdoor dirt track. Gotta say I like clay quite a bit, never raced on carpet but any track is better than no track during the winter!

    No one's gonna mention the amazing paint job??? Love the Masami Hirosaka replica paint scheme...looks really good. Been out of hobby for a while but the associated 2wd cars look really good.Spencer Rivkin is crushing it. Losi fell off 2wd except the new 4wd seems to dominate next to xray. Hope you enjoy it!

    That was my issue with my B6.1; was chasing set-up all day....that part I find very agrivating- takes a lot to get it dailed in instead of the rear motor buggies, in my experience.

  • @SteadfastRC
    @SteadfastRC Před 2 lety +4

    I would like to get one of these and put a six turn brushless motor in it with a rotary speed control, then install ribbed tires in all four corners and use it exclusively for doing donuts in people's driveways. Oh and a inverted xxxmain camo mask would be the paint scheme.

    We're on an outdoor red clay track where I live. I'm running a losi, but everyone more or less sets up the same way regardless of the car. Laydown transcase (A few exceptions), weight under the battery and sometimes a brass c block, and soften up the suspension up front. I just switched from a stand up back to a laydown on my car and I forgot how much I missed being able to steer. The layback that associated offers is a nice middle ground though. A couple people running that here too.

    would possibly buy one if it wasn't for the fact that it will be obsolete and superseded by the 6.4 next week and the 6.5 next month !
    New updates every 5 minutes is only a ploy to part the sheeple with their cash if all these update were necessary then they would have been done years ago !

    • @vrcmag
      @vrcmag  Před 2 lety

      You don’t need to upgrade every year. And for the most part the update can be bolted to a few new parts. So we agree with you in a way but if you are hardcore racer you get a new kit every year.

    Last real dirt buggy I drove was a b5 rm, it was fast and I loved driving it, the mid motors come out, I was way ahead of them, eventually they caught up, so I bought the b5m, I got it there, but never really liked it, bought 2 b6 buggies, didn't like them much either, still rather run my b5 rm... Ok this b6.3 dirt how would it stack up on a 8th scale outdoor track vs the old b5rm???? Btw I hate carpet off road.. . I like the track slick and hard packed, finesse driving...

    Associated plastics lose to many other competitors. However, parts availability and set up support is good.
