Hello from Leeds, UK. Where are you watching from? 🌍
Western Australia. great images
From the southern US
Hi from Hobart, Tasmania.
If you ever visit, give us a shout.
Eastern Thailand
Silverdale, Lancashire
Somewhere you should visit maybe, beautiful scenery round here!
I love that your enthusiasm has returned over the last year. Your work inspires my own enthusiasm in my videos. I like that you’ve reduced the frequency of releases too. I look forward to each video and actively look for each of your releases.
Thanks Pete, very much appreciated.
Hello from the Netherlands. Once again enjoyed these inspiring videos but also all the advice. I haven't taken photographs for 2 years due to some personal problems, but watching your videos has made me START again. Thanks and big greetings from the Netherlands for your inspiring videos.
Hi Adam, even with a planned shoot the unexpected always happens which at times can change things for the better I find. I'm really glad to see you looking so well and fit mate. The shot of the lone tree is right up my street, loved it. Stay loose mate👍😎
Cheers John. Appreciate your words.
Loved that opening image. Lovely depth to it. Could have had a coffee, and gone home 😂😂
Ha ha. Thanks Martin.
Excellent video with some stunning shots, one of my biggest pet hates is walking with water in my boots, hate the feeling
Me too!! Especially when it's cold.
Loved the images you captured, well worth the wet and cold feet 😀
Definitely!!
Lovely images as always Adam, thank you.
Thanks Chris. Grateful for you time and your comment.
Absolutely beautiful last image Adam!!! Thank you for all the inspiration that like me, so many wannabe professional photographers enjoy! From edge of the South East, Dover!
What a great way to start my day! Thanks for the information and inspiration! And, thanks for taking me along!
Glad to have you along Randy. Cheers mate.
Great video Adam, thank you, what no spare socks!
Yeah that is something I need to carry from now on. Although, in this case, the boots were saturated so my feet would have soon been just as wet in fresh socks.
I just love the image at 7.05, just brilliant as is the waterfall image at 12.55, and I must admit most of my outings are unplanned, so I really enjoyed the video.
Thanks John. Greatly appreciated.
Nice images with the dark saturated colors/thick shadows. As a street shooter I do the walking and looking all the time. Even when I go do landscpes it is just walking and looking-can’t remember the last time I used a tripod… Mud and wet here in California too-carry on.
Indeed!!
You are so inspiring! I’m going on a solo trip to Death Valley, California next week and planning to spend each day doing these hike/photography adventures. And, I’m taking my Canon Pro 300 with me and plenty of ink and paper!
Sounds brilliant. enjoy your trip.
Awesome video and awesome shots. I know for me, I will tend to take out my drone to take shots when there is difficult terrain. Granted, the difficult terrain has changed since I have had both knees replaced.
Thanks again for the inspiring videos and sharing them.
Thanks Terry.
Thank you again for taking us along for the journey! As you crossed that stream just after the 11:00 mark, I thought, well, his feet are already wet. Then I realized/remembered that you already crossed that stream to set up the camera recording you, so your feet were VERY wet. That's commitment!
Ha ha. Like you say, they were already drenched so I thought it was worth the extra crossing for the footage!!
Oh gracious! Those are gorgeous images!
Thank you so much!
Thanks Adam! Great video and beautiful images!!
Thanks Trish. appreciate your time.
Topping day out that and look forward to the tree with heather!
Thanks Andrew
A cracking collection, and my kinda day, a walk and see what happens. Great news about the workshops, a must for anyone wanting to enjoy a day with two great photographers. Sithee soon 😍👍
Indeed. Cant wait!!
Excellent video Adam 👏brilliant photos 📸🌅🤝
Thanks mate.
Adam I've booked for the first day looking forward to it, I just hope that you'll be patient.
Hi Andy. That's great, we received your booking. Of course, it will be an entertaining and educational day and hopefully you will leave feeling inspired.....i know I always do!
More stunning pictures thank u for taking us along
Thank you Adam for taking us on that adventure you managed to capture so very nice images even though you ended up with wet muddy feet. The waterfall image was my pick great image with beautiful lighting. Great work mate
Thanks Ross. Really appreciate your words.
Lovely images Adam, especially like the first one. Great to hear your announcement too, 2nd great collaboration I've seen being announced this week which along with yours and Verity's is great news for photographers
Thanks Jim. who was the other out of interest?
Jake Appleton and Martin Annand collaborating for long exposure minimalism workshop on the Norfolk coast
Another fantastic video Adam! Those browns and oranges in the waterfall shot, particularly the water itself, oh, lovely.
Thanks Mark. Greatly appreciated.
Beautiful photos great work 😊
Cool video, very helpful 👍
I photographed that waterfall, last March. Although it was a little drier, it was still treacherous getting down there. There is a great looking oak tree further up-stream from the rainbow fall. Great images Adam
Great video Adam, I walked along the same path near the Ford you paddled through on Sunday, gave Nelly a miss this time.
Ha, wise move.
@@Firstmanphotography will make a visit later on when the ground is a bit dryer. Will post some image’s on your group page.
Ey up Adam.
Could even call it "unplandscape photography" 😏
Also from Leeds 👍 cracking videos pal.
Andy
Rule Number 1 for hiking and backpacking is- Don't Get Hurt. Part of which means that I don't like to be off-trail after dark.
Waterfall image came out great fwiw.
At 25, i was fearless and would have been down there in a second. At 42, with two daughters, I’m on a slightly more conservative part of the risk curve.
Great video. Love the waterfall shot with its beautiful colours 👏🏻
Thanks so much. Ended up being really happy with that one.
I love that you have both woodland and wide open moors in proximity to each other. Here (Louisiana, USA) we have dense forest but most open areas are vast, flat commercial farm land. The woods look like what you showed - Pines with frequent deadfall and long-lasting storm damage, as we're in the path of tropical weather out of the Gulf of Mexico. I enjoy these kind of "come along with me" videos - Nicely done!
I found in a museum recently the most stunning large-format photo I think I’ve ever seen in person, a huge print that originated in the bayou. The photographer stood in the middle of the water for a several minute exposure, just incredibly rich.
That photo made me want to get into large format just to head for Louisiana.
@@johndaily263 bring your mosquito repellent! 😀 IMO, it's not that "Louisiana scenes" aren't as much subject matter as anything else, it's just that "Louisiana scenes" are ALL there are in Louisiana, for hundreds of miles. There's basically no real variety: no hills / mountains, no valleys, no cliffs, no waterfalls, no sea stacks, no rocks, no canyons / gorges, no "viewpoints" at all ... 😕 Just swamps, pine forest and delta farmland.
Hello from Leeds also 🙂 to be more precise Wetherby 😄 great video. The scenery looks amazing, was it local to us?
Awesome, travel through there regularly.
carry spare socks ive carried them for a while and used them and it will make the rest of your walk a little more comfy. sealskinz socks are pretty good aswell :)
Good shout

I'd like to know which areas of Yorkshire you visit(ed) in the videos.
Lovely images, but all that water looked treacherous. Though you got wet feet, you did well
Thanks.
Goretex boots ...rubber bands over the end of the hiking pants so water can't get in. Great video.
I've resisted things like that and gaitors for so long. Might have to relent.
@Firstmanphotograph North face make a super light hiker that are brilliant. No more wet feet. And super comfy. 👌
@6:30 F8 seems about right for DOF 1.2m assuming 150mm lens FD 8m. how are you gauging your DOF experience or using a calculator
Another great watch with fab photos. # wetfeet I’ve been there lol 😂
Thanks Gary. Just replied to your other message too. Appreciate your time.
What camera do you use Adam?
If I don't have one on loan, I'm still using the Canon 5D IV.
Ok thanks
That fallen tree looks like some sort of stick insect walking across the frame!!
Ha. My wife said the same thing.
You were right about those colours in the sky at that waterfall Adam! Lovely. Just try not to kill yourself in future eh?😆😆
Thanks mate, I’ll try.
Beautiful work as always! I'm dying to know what that piece of music is you're using at 10:10 on this one :)

Thanks. I used to wear them mountain biking. I find them uncomfortable for walking and gave me blisters.
@@Firstmanphotography What about waders then 🤣
