- Alphalete athletics has recently made some pretty big changes to the company. Some of which will effect the brand for years to come. I had a chance to talk with some athletes and get their thoughts on these recent changes and what they feel this means for the future if the brand.

It's weird that people think cutting staff is getting back to beginnings.
The fact is alphalete used to prioritize high-quality clothes with great fits. Now, they are just trying to be trendy. You can't find any great fitting clothes again. Now everything is either oversized or has a weird fit.
They should continue releasing trendy clothes but what should never be out of stock are the essential products that made people love alphalete.
Gymshark does the same thing you can always find the first products that made them popular on there website.

How are these people athletes? Seems like they're just models and brand managers. Are they competing in anything outside of vanity?
They aren't athletes. Duh. They are AlphaLetes! LOL LOL such a dumb name. Alphaland over head costs has to be hurting Guzman.
Just 'influencers'...most with poor content, sub 50k views per video creating near zero ROI for the company... shouldn't be any surprise they got cut. Familiarity breeds contempt, they just got lazy and thought the gravy train was never going to stop for them.

@@AlexToplynFitness I just made my first purchase of this brand youre crapping on. And decided to due some research on its culture and ambassadors. Only to find out his own people are causing him this stress by forcing his hand to cut down how much he was giving back.
All because daddy didn't make you feel special anymore or weren't getting a big enough pay cut or shine.

I’ve been with Alphalete for 6 years for a reason. I love the brand ,Christian is a brother to me and will continue to be with them through the highs and lows.

They unfortunately weren’t able to make it this weekend outside of Merin but the goal was not to show the OG athletes but to show the brand is making a transition back to its roots.

Toned the company right out of diversity and inconsistent quality and sizing into only inconsistent quality and sizing. Bro's job managing athletes might be easier now, but the shipping team's jobs are about to be easier too. Such a terribly transparent attempt at propaganda can't camouflage that this is the end.
All the athletes fit their mold of what they want. Not every company likes diversity.
