Pete Rose doesn't deserve to be in the hall of fame in my opinion. I have moved on a long time ago about whether or not Pete Rose should be inducted. I thank Man Cave Sports for speaking their minds !

Unless there is solid proof, that Rose bet against his team or threw games to enrich himself or others, I don't care that he bet on MLB or anything else! There are all manner of amoral creeps in the HOF. What's one more? He was the greatest player of his generation. These were his fabulous accomplishments! Honor him!
He belongs in the Hall of Fame,no doubt about it. It was never proven that he bet on baseball.
In the grans scheme of things today, all major league sports promote gambling websites every chance they can. This is ridiculous

I think he'll get in.....but it will be AFTER his death. MLB doesn't want him to be able to enjoy it, that will be their parting shot to him.

Rose, like Bonds, is not liked and has conducted himself without integrity.
baseball has the clause that the other HOF dont have. Character, Integrity and Sportsmanship. and Rose didnt have this. Now he gets caught cause he wouldnt pay his debts. he screwed over his bookie. again that goes back to character and integrity. So if he had not done that none of this would have leaked out. then the lies forever about it. had he came clean and said he had a sickness blah blah blah he would eventually have been forgiven. but no he did none of this. also he did his gambling while he was a manager and thats unforgivable too. There are consequences for things you do. So he won championships and won awards and broke records and made alot of money. but there is consequences for things you do and he should not get in the HOF. Its pretty simple. ask Johnny Bench he will say all of these same things. but go to Cooperstown and you will see memorabilia of his accomplishments. That stuff is there from Rose and alot of it. its just that there is no bust of him and he doesnt get in and shouldnt get in. Neither should Bonds Clemens or McGuire or Soso or Palmeiro. This is just how it is.
Rose can talk and whine all he wants. It is his1st amendment right. He is still not now or ever going into the Hall of Fame so let him complain. Honestly who cares, except of course Pete.
Oh please, Ohtani was involved. It's ridiculous to think that the interpreter could access all that cash. The MLB can't lose their biggest star. Ohtani is like a God in Japan. Pete Rose has the right to be upset about the double standard.
