You can actually ride a trike to death as Giga and even solo Spinos and Shants. Giga is a pretty solid animal and more people are starting to find out. It just takes practice to ride a trike down. Or you can trade 1-2 hits, then heal off, and repeat. Try to not drop to 4th screen or late 3rd. Getting Stomp can ruined the fight as well, but sometime the full stomp doesn`t register and you`ll take like 1-2 bleed. Giving you more opinions. The stomp animation is also pretty "long" as well. I`ve taken a full stomp a few time and still won because of that.
@@90skidcultist a good trike won't stomp an incoming giga cause they know it will tank it and get behind the trike . and even if it does I counter it by spamming w and looking hard left
@@whipper917 Mind games are a factor in battle. Giga cannot out heal a Trike if it gets stomped, too
The last part doesn`t work if you aim at the tip of the tail. Staying on its right. Can`t really lose to a Trike as a decent Giga.
Haven't been on the Isles in almost a year now, so I`m kinda bored of it now. Trying to move on.
@@90skidcultist I think trike vs giga is a skill matchup where trike tries to get more hits in order to even the match and giga needs to get hit as few times as possible and to be fair I agree that the match up is giga favored but a good trike can make it extremely hard for the giga to win

i think there was couple an admins in allos group on last video. first one allo was on god mod probably. that white allo that you hit and tryd to bleed out was an admin you can see the chat when he speak. 50/50

I'm not the best trike but I can say that u should constantly attack when they get close. You could have ended that fight with the first giga alot faster if u kept attacking each time he turned especially when he tried too ride u. Hit boxes in this game are very crazy so u should always maximize that dmg by attacking non-stop when they get too close. Dont wait for him for his head too be in range. Theres a reason his tail is lanky and low like that so that u can get hits on it when u after him. Sorry for the paragraph lol. Loved the video

I’m a Trike / Rex main. I have absolutely no idea how a lot of those hits did not register during that Allo fight. I even re ran it in slow mo. The first is debatable as you began the hit and completed it just ever so slightly to the left.
But the other several hits you definitely should have connected. And that lag would have been driving me mental. Handled it well LOL. I would of been btching like a mfer 😂
Also that third Allo that joined shouldn’t have been fighting you surely? Not sure about the rules of whichever server you were on. But the 15-30 sec window to join was way past due.

To prevent lag, I'd recommend playing Hunting Grounds! it's pretty nice with decent rules, not as laggy as nycta or NB.

Lesson of the day: if you aren’t 2 pairs of fully grown redes that are skilled and coordinated. Don’t even bother attacking a trike

I think you Z walked a little bit too much, let them get behind you and got unnecessary hits, but other than that well done , awesome vid as per usual! (Not saying dont z walk at all Trike's z walk is amazing but ya think id rather say switch between normal walking, z walking and sudden short bursts of sprint)

It gives you a speed boost if you stay crouched for a period of time. It also allows for more precise movement.

the last patch they did in legacy before leaving they very generously fucked up trike's hitbox .....
sometimes I even miss hits inside the body of a rex . the hitbox deflects unfortunately
