Anna how ironic that you post this because my city in Louisiana is actually about to get some rain. It's gonna be in the 50s starting tomorrow. Your watery caring reiki energy is surly helping me access sleep 😊🙏🏽✨ Hope you are doing well and that all your other work is producing great results! I always love this room you use for our sessions here. Chamomile and lavender is a lovely oil scent. You make it easy to rest. Incessant chatter sounds about right. My mind is being a real bully lately. Even if I'm getting enough sleep, I still feel tired all the time. I feel like I burn myself out as soon as I recover. Just trying to find my balance and a healthy relationship with sleep and being tired, getting older. This brought me some peace tonight 💛 love the rain. Thanks again Anna.

My massage therapist uses a rain stick . With your video I can feel wind . There is no fan on in my bedroom.

Your maths is off on the percentages. 😉After the first session, let's says 1st of the month, I'm improved 10%, so at 110% what I was on the morning of that 1st day. The next session improves me 10% on that 110%, making that 121% on the 2nd session. Each 10% improvement is building on a larger starting place than the previous. At the end of the month after 8 sessions, the total compound improvement is 114%, not 80%. After 16 sessions, 2 months, the improvement is 360%, not 160%.

I love your videos but u have to say that the rain stick is far too loud to be included in a sleep video I was just drifting off and then suddenly jerked back awake by the rain stick please Anna can you just leave it for more energetic videos its the same with that loud clacking rattle which thankfully you don't use in sleep videos anymore but on a positive note the owl rattle I find relaxing ❤❤❤❤❤❤
