Huge life changes going on in my world! My house is being sold, and I am moving from Georgia to New Mexico. (No Anna, because of Covid I never made it to Sweden 🙃) I am feeling the very opposite of stagnant with this leap of faith, but I need to keep manifesting my ideal landing spot in NM. Asmr and reiki tend to raise my vibration ☺️ and maybe this videos intention can be a neat energetic nudge

The negative parts of us are often the wounded parts of us. What would it look like if we showed empathy and compassion to our wounded parts instead of beating them up and labeling them as A-holes?
