Hello everyone, I FINALLY got around to fixing a much heard issue; the material list. It has been updated using Litematica.
For the Bedrock players out there; your villagers will need a bed to reset their trades (so I've heard). Bedrock villagers will recognize a bed as 'available' as long as they are four blocks above or below the block they're standing on. Therefore, you can put them in the ground or on top, out of sight. As @firegodessreiko mentioned, it is recommended to have one more bed inside than you have villagers if you don't want iron golems spawning inside.
Hope you all are having a great day!
Cheers, Nuvola.
Is there a schematic download available? :o
World downloads of all builds are available to CZcams channel Members (which is something else than being subscribed to the channel). Check the description.
@@nuvolamc Will you make a video for the basement? I'm having trouble trying to make one 😅 Thanks for showing us this amazing video btw xd
Can u Make one were the sides are expanded? It seems small lols
This is not perfect, but it's much closer:
- 70 spruce stairs
- 67 spruce trapdoors
- 16 spruce fence gate
- 300 spruce slab
- 230 stripped spruce log
- 612 stripped oak logs/planks (mixed)
- 48 oak fence
- 16 oak trapdoors
- 520 stripped dark oak logs
- 565 dark oak slabs
- 180 dark oak stairs
- 2 dark oak doors
- 190 dark oak trapdoors
- 150 dark oak fence
- 378 cobbled deep slate blocks
- 228 deep slate tiled/brick slabs
- 8 cobbled deep slate stairs
- 2 mossy cobblestone walls
- 140 glass blocks
- 16 campfires
- 1 lightning rod
- 32 glowing item frames
- 9 maps
- 76 lanterns
- 16 bookshelf
- 4 chiseled bookshelf (or loom)
- 12 haystacks
- 2 pumpkins
- 1 melon
- 2 white wool
- 12 red carpet (for librarians)
Roughly (very)
- 3 stacks oak leaves (192)
- 64 honey block
- carpet (your call/ however much it takes to make you pleased with the build)
For the efficient way of trading (per room):
- 11 sticky pistons
- 11 redstone dust
- 11 levers
- 11 villagers
- 1 zombie
- 1 name tag
- 11 chests
- 14 spruce fences
- 96 stripped spruce logs
- 11 workstations
- 11 item frames
For the aesthetic way of trading (per room): Very difficult to tell you to be honest. Just ensure that you have about a stack of honey blocks to stick your villagers to the ground! (**He's right 😂 it's a lot of choice; here I would say you'll need some dark oak fence gates (I had enough fence, I think), the haystacks (listed), various items to denote area (some listed), the work stations, and if you're playing bedrock: beds for each villager +1 extra (put these under the build))
Alright! Now someone else get us closer 😂
With the stripped oak logs and planks, wdym “mixed”?
@@gryph0n994- about 2:25 in, Nuvola says, ~"you can mix stripped oak wood with oak planks which is less resource intensive, and gives a bit more detail"; so, if you'd like, you may use 612 stripped oak logs (very resource intensive), 612 oak planks (considerably less resources to gather), or you may do a mix of both (i.e. 306 stripped oak logs, 306 oak planks) to create a more detailed texture for the walls.
@@gibsondibson TYSM BRUHHH, sry for replying so late lol
Oh my God!!! Thank you so much. I now realise I need to gather some more resources 😅
@@gryph0n994like half stripped logs half oak planks that kinda way
I built this and turned it into a massive library. I made some aesthetic changes so it would fit in with my village, and it turned out great. You have gained a new subscriber. Keep up the good work.
yes.. i was looking for inspiration for a great library.. i recently saw pictures of the Budapest castle and thought it would be a great place to start. then, i found your video! your build resembles the castle and gives a good idea of how to tackle the whole thing... thanks for the build!
Do you have a video of it?
i’m doing the same thing, villager trading and library so it’s just specifically for librarians
This video caught my eye because of my need to build a villager hall and also seeing the very aesthetic build in the thumbnail. Was happily surprised that the place I’m putting this hall, will be on a custom taiga terraformed mountain top along with my house with the exact color palette you made this with. I’m so happy to be enjoying Minecraft again :)
Woah!! The more aesthetic approach to the hall is so charming, and I love the honey block trick to keep them in place. Fantastic build, thank you!!
Just in case anyone wants to build this in survival, beware, building the dome is actually, physically painful to do. It looks damn good though.
use scaffolding, it wasn't bad at all
the dome was easy to do, jus use scaffolding, feather falling boots and some dirt blocks and ur set
@@jcj i have none of these.. cant wait to get to that part 😀😔
@@asxxon u dont have dirt blocks? 😭
It wasn’t even hard bruh
im literally out of words to appreciate u , never saw such an aesthetic trading hall, good job
I just built this using a different color palette and it came out amazing! It's going to be a massive library when I'm finished with the interior. Thank you for the great step by step video!
i turned this into a townhall for the town that me and my friends all built in survival, but i used granite, spruce, and cherry logs instead of oak because it fit in better into our cherry tree village. such a cool design, instant follow
i am doing the same idea with town hall!! expect mine is purple clay, wool, concreate for the walls with black accents :3
@@solaragia its such a moldable build. i ended up taking out one of the halls cuz i didnt have enough space and it still looks so majestic just sitting there
All of your builds are amazing, thank you for making me love Minecraft again!
Thank you so much! That's very generous of you.🧡 I will keep doing what I do!
love ur content man. i stumbled upon your skeleton exp farm video a few months ago and I've been a fan ever since. everything about ur videos is just perfect. keep up the amazing work and I hope u get the recognition u deserve soon
Thank you! ☺
I redesigned the lever system a little and got rid of the floating grind stones. Under the lever placement where you placed it, I simply dug down 2 blocks and placed the lever on the side of the block where you placed the redstone dust. This eliminates the need for redstone dust entirely. I then placed a plank or stripped block in the same place as where you placed the redstone dust so that the grind stones don't look like they're floating. I then just closed it up with a Spruce trapdoor. This design removes the ugly looking levers in the room and if you need to raise or lower the villager you just open the trapdoor in the floor and activate the lever and then close the trapdoor.
Wonderful build though! I'm loving it! Thank you.
Brilliant idea. It also means you can fit 2 villagers on the end walls instead of just one. Just for those two, you will need to put the levers where the redstone dust was, instead of on the side of the block.
You have built one of the best villager trading hall I have ever seen. Keep up the good work bro.
I love your videos! Not enough builds out there for aesthetic farms, your channel is a gem!
Not right now, you will have to eyeball it from the video. Maybe in the future though!
Not only do I love this build and I’m almost done with it on my world I love you for thinking of bedrock players since I’m stuck on console thank you so much
Changed up the block palette to the standard spruce, stone, copper mix with a basalt weathered floor, still looks pretty fantastic. Nice design, definitely will check out your others!
I saw this build and i really enjoied the look of it. Im def gonna build this and I hope you grow as a creator!
I love your videos so much! I'm excited to see you blow up! You deserve lots of recognition! Keep it up! ♥️
This is the best trading hall ever
Its so damn PERFECT!!!
Thanks gotta get the materials now .. :)
It is good enough to have a building guide only. Love it so much :)
I just finished flattening land took around 3hours I’m just on a building spree rn this is what I needed
Easily best tutorial I’ve ever followed, especially for a build this size 10/10
You're guids are literally the only ones I consistently use.
The thing I like about your channel is that not only you make efficient farms but also magnificent build related to the.❤❤❤
I see no other youtubers do that.
Love you brother.
loved watching this even without audio or subs thank you! great clean and beatific video!
This is such a beautiful build! I was not even three minutes into the video and I had already hit Subscribe!
Best trading hall ever! I love it.
great tutorial!! I would be happy to see some jungle buildings on your channel, with jungle wood especially
I’ll be building this soon keep up the great work
I wanted a hall that looks aesthetic and don't feels like the villagers are slaves and jailed, this build fulfills the idea
Thanks
Ill probably end up using this layout as a survival base lol. I love how this looks!
I really like this design! I'm considering building this with warped blocks and nether blocks, possibly with some quartz accents.
Awesome video and tutorial! I'm going to build this on the world that my kids and I play on and place it in a spot where they can just stumble across it. Subscribed!
I built it with cherry logs and crimson logs, it looks amazing, nice guide!
If you’re looking for the worst tutorial but the best build this is it!! It’ll make you go crazy but it’ll be worth it in the end! 😁
Edit: explanation why it was the worst, the explaining while building was so off sometimes, you’d say what we’d need to do just after doing it in the video and some things were missed out, just needs some practice! Other than that you still did great and the build is awesome! 😁
Man I love it, I'll do it in my world, also like 10 years playing minecraft and didn't know that trick with the redstone dust. you won my like bro!! ☺☺
I really like combination of a tutorial of a farm and an aesthetic build! I subscribed
Phenomenal build….great work
❤ great design and execution
Great tutorial dude! I'll make it in my world, this looks really amazing, new sub! :)
Beautiful build!
This is so beautiful explain, thx u for the amazing layout and u have gain a new subscriber ❤
This BUILD was no CAKEWALK!
But finished in a day.
THX for this!
😁😁😁😁😁😁
Very nice tutorial. Just finished the structure. Was very easy to understand all the steps, good work!
Built a version of this and it turned out great. Thanks for the tutorial
Keep it up bro I'm with you ❤
Absolutely fantastic build.. Definitely building this into my village :) , pls make a blaze farm next..
I like the effeciant one better which is what im gunna do thankyou so much for teaching us how to build this it helps a lot even if it is a lot of meterials it is worth it lol ❤ i cant wait to get started
Omg ❤ its so pretty! 😍
If you make the stem wider you can run a hopper line around use spruce trap doors to hide and down to auto collect.
Loving the videos recently buddy! You thought of adding schematic downloads at all? some others do that on their builds, think a lot of people would like that
Not right now, you will have to eyeball it from the video. Maybe in the future though!
I second this :)
Yeyyy new building!!!!🥳❤
I'm definitely going to use this in my current survival. Thank you 😊
Hell yeah a new one 🥳🥳
Wow, your builds are incredible. Thanks for giving us so much inspiration and how-to's. I find your voice soothing as well. Keep it up!
A new video, thanks!!
For all the Bedrock players howling about the lack of beds...... LITERALLY just hide them under the floors. Bedrock villagers will recognize a bed as 'available' as long as they are four blocks above or below the block they're standing on..... it's really THAT easy..... I also recommend having one more bed inside than you have villagers if you don't want iron golems spawning inside. Either that or spawn proof every available surface.
That would be all two of them.....
And they were hardly howling
@@davidbubb6618 two out of twelve is a large enough percentage of people who don't feel like figuring it out for themselves to be noticable. It's called 'nipping a problem in the bud. Either take the advice don't. Your critique is hardly relevant to the point given....
I think we only need one bed for the leader of the village to link to in Bedrock. I always just stick it behind a wall or something
@@Bowie_E I always have trouble if they don't each have their own. =/ You can break them after.....sometimes! It also prevents the 'village chief' from swapping to a villager that can't see the bed if you go in and out of the nether too many times, etc. I know that it worked pre 1.18....but it's a little iffy for me now if they don't each have one that they think they can reach. And, honestly, for a build like this, you could just incorporate them into the cells. It's not like you need them constantly awake for an iron farm or anything. He left it quite deliciously open ended. Definitely a 'decorate for your own needs' situation.
You make a post about people “howling” and say that i use critique because i called you out on it. 2 people hardly constitutes a “for all the bedrock players” so yes. My point is relevant. Unlike yours
Beautiful build I used mangrove spripped wood in my entrance for some color plus, I added a bubble elevator to get to the sky light, with a glass floor 🤣 I mite fall one day but it's awesome
Very cool idea!
Bro that build is too cool
great build
I built this and its amazing thank you!! I plan on adding another floor on the bottom but im stumped on the stair way down, is there any chance that the second part of this releases soon? Keep up the good content!
a good idea for the underneath floor would be a double dugar cane farm or some carrot farm
You are so good at making auto farms look good cant wait until the say you do chorus fruit
Hi this is first video of i watch of yours
Amazing, i have made it and its so funtional thank you do much.
And please make the underground base please i will be very happy to have more espace for villagers
i will start making your building into my world.. they look fun
Good stuff dude. Love the design and aesthetic. Subbed.
You won a sub👌
amazing !!!
If you want to reduce the abundance of lanterns use the glow lichen as substitute and in areas the lanterns can't reach.
Your Tutorials are alwayd great.
Could you add 2 Playlists on your site, oe for the bedrock and one for the java tutorials? Would be really great :)
Good idea, might make that this week!
I'm building this atm. I've added a third wing out the back, just by copying the two side wings. I'm also considering making the dome out of copper and letting it oxidise or maybe using green glass
Awesome
Amazing
I'd recommend using your potion of weakness to make arrows of weakness. A lot more efficient to shoot the zombie villager and use potions.
I was going to put this tip as well! Or get a fletcher villager that sells weakness arrows so you can get better prices before you even go to the nether 🤗
here’s my remix on this,
spruce logs - polished basalt
walls- purple clay, wool and concrete
roof- deep slate bricks
:3
Awesome
Just for a bit of help, it is a 48x21 space
Exactly what I needed to know, thanks!
I have my iron trading villagers integrated into aesthetic iron farm, my farmers in my auto crop farm. After initial trades, I just use these guys as gem factories and for golden carrots mainly unless I die somewhere I can't recover. My new trading hall (this turorial) will hold every one else but the floor will be lower and trading space stacked 2 high. I normally end up with 20+ librarians (who doesn't want cheap lanterns and glass 😀 as well as the books), 10 masons (i really like quartz blocks and my bartering farm doesn't give me enough) some clerics and other blank spaces filled up with what I currently need. I have an auto-zombifier based on Eycraftmc's fed by Shulkercraft's auto-breeder crop farm all attatched to and extensive underground railway to where I need them to be rather than zombification taking up space in my trading hall.
Sounds awesome! Must have taken quite a while to set that all up, respect ✌
@@nuvolamc it did and thanks! It all evolved out of this awesome trading hall of yours though so thanks for the inspiration!
I love it
Your dedication and effort in building the trading hall are truly remarkable. The attention to detail and planning that probably went into this build is evident and it shows in the final result.
I would probably never come up with builds like this.
Where do you get the ideas from? Do you just imagine something and try to build it? I am curious
First I think about the functional part, than I imagine (and/or google a bit) for a build to surround it which feels right.
that’s a nice building and option but I always liked to build a trading village for this - a church for cleric - a forge for the smithing trades - a fishing hut for the fisherman …
Maybe I will make some in the future ;)
If you don’t already have it on your list of farms to do, could you add a glow lichen farm? I want one so that I can include lichen into my future builds
Hey just want to say its an awesome build I’ve build into my world and i wonder know if you’ve done the basement
subscribing you now bro great tutorial building this and i want to send a pic of it completed bro.
Cool, feel free to share to picture on my Instagram!
thank you
Cool video, everything is shown in detail and clearly. I'm also building on my channel.
I made something similar to this, tho not as good :/ the efficient design is already kindof aesthetic idk i love your stuff keep it up
Please, show the building's interior and how it works before
I'm a simple man: I see a new Nuvola video and I click to watch it. Great work! I'm now wondering: have you got plans in making a survival series or something like that? I think it would be very cool.
Cool suggestion! Let me think about it.
Op
17:48 Interior portion starts
Can you enable the map download so we can copy the building using structure blocks?
or the schematics
Not right now, you will have to eyeball it from the video. Maybe in the future though!
Looks realy nice, but would say it is a bit on the small side.
surely to decrease the amount of resources you use, you just have to put stripped logs where the ends aren't visible then when they will be visible use a stripped wood on top instead
I have a suggestion, you could make an automatic vines farm
Cool idea, it's on the list!
Brilliant build. I love it! Only thing i would say is video is dark n slightly hard to see in places, but even with that being said its an excellent build. Well done 👍
Thanks for the feedback!
Finally v_v😁
I going to do this in the spawn in my friends server.
It's like good right?
I just built this in both a creative testing and in my smp and in both, when i filled the efficient cells with villagers the zombie in the tunnel would have difficulty pathfinding to any of the villagers and would seem to get stuck staring at one of two of them every now and then. I even saw a couple instances where it would walk past a villager I had dropped down to go to a completely different villager that was still up? Has anyone else experienced that and is there a way to fix that?
Hm, interesting. Maybe it's because of the U shape and not a straight line. Maybe get a zombie for each side?
hey nuvola you may consider upgrading the wool farm maybe using the latest video building concept from ianxofour or if you just want to upgrade the design you have already built, a bit out of place in your beautiful channel
Thanks for pointing that out! It's on the list :)
