    Hello sir, you always make videos helpfull so thank you sir. sir please guide me i have a little confusion that is first we should do strengthening of hip then mobility then streches? it is good for me. please give your advice. i am waiting for your comment.

      We should allways take care of the: inflamation and pain first ---> mobility, stability, coordination, stamina, streching, etc. second ---> strenghtening last.
      I know I am a dude on the internet with no credibility but I hope this helps.

      Rom of hip is one of the prerequisite for a good joint. Mobility issues will lead to improper muscle work as muscle work some times be based on Mobility. As per hip its a tri-axial segment which works in three planes and any mobility issues with it may lead to improper muscle work due lo length of muscle. SO start with hip mobility and then go for strength training.
      But make sure its a functional strength training not a mere loading of the muscle.

      @@NityalPhysio I have a question maybe you can help me with. I've had, from what I've been told by several therapists over the last 7 yrs is a rotation of the innominate on my SI and have been treated with and prescribed the usual muscle energy techniques to "reset" this. From what I understand sacral torsion is a myth, at least according to physiotutors and the studies they cite from. I agree with this and feel sacral torsion is not the case
      ( due to the nature of the joint and the strong ligamentous attachments). However, when I sought help from various PT's, there was not a lot of thorough and provocative testing(hip ROM etc) and no testing was done to find out if the said SI pain was from reduced or excessive force closure, just a diagnosis based mostly on subjective report and checking for an apparent leg length discrepancy. I also know that I lack, for what ever reason, a fair amount of left side hip internal rotation. My question is: is the lack of ROM possibly feeding into the SI joint or is the SI joint causing the lack of ROM? Hard to tell I know but somewhere my mechanics are off and I would like to try to figure out where to look. I also know I'm losing the lordotic curve in my lumbar spine and have a rigid spine which I'm sure effects my mechanics and am not sure if that, coupled with the lack of hip ROM is causing SI problems. I would assume yes but have no idea how the rehab this if at all possible. My second question is do I treat the hip/spine mobility or the SI joint in hopes that cleans up the mobility issues. I don't think strength is too much of an issue as I have an active lifestyle, lift weights etc. Anyway I'm always on the look out to see what experience other may have and what avenues to explore.     It is the first time that I see a video of you and I am left as if nothing, it is not understood, it is not specified in the function of the test, you only talk about history, why the test is used, what affection it detects, because it changes when there compression in ASIS or PSIS
