- The Fujitsu brand for LSD (Low Self Discharge) batteries, are made in the same factory (Japan) as the Panasonic Eneloop brand. Same ratings (min. 750 mAh for AAA, and min. 1900 mAh for AA), same exterior design, but sold a bit cheaper.
You can buy cheaply genuine Fujitsu (and also Panasonic Eneloop) batteries at 7DayShop

my fujitsu was bought in 2018, up until now 2024 I’m still using it. I use it on my godox speed light
I formerly worked in a major hard disk manufacturer as a QC. On the same production floor, we had our own brand and also made some for major IT customers. Even though the drives were the same but some customers want their specifications special. So the drives had to be tested accordingly. Those drives that failed to meet the required standard were packed and sold in the retail markets. There were differences between the drives, of course. Both would work nevertheless. Just like the batteries.
IKEA LADDA 2450 is the cheapest and also came from same factory. Its same with Eneloop Pro
And almost 100% coincidence in terms of parameters.
No
YES !!
I just got 8 Fujitsu 900mAh for £15 up to 500 recharges, same price as 8 eneloop 750mAh from Amazon. Thanks for the top info.
FDK owns the Factory from Sanyo and produce eneloop for Panasonic.
Some eneloops are made in China. So Japan made Fujitsu is much better
That's why I order now only Fujitsu batteries.
@@Robson-in3yg only the White Eneloop batteries can be made in China (Brazil, for example, imports the chinese-made White Eneloop, meanwhile other countries import the japanese-made White Eneloops). The Black Eneloop (Eneloop Pro) are always made in Japan.
I bought mine since 2018. up until now I’m using it. Fujitsu is a beast 💪💪💪
They say the Fujitsu NiMH batteries are the ORIGINAL Eneloop batteries, made in the same Twicell factory in Japan that made Eneloop batteries for Sanyo. Panasonic Eneloop batteries, while using the Eneloop branding, are no longer the same Eneloop batteries which Sanyo sold because those Panasonic Eneloops are no longer made in Japan, and are instead made in China for Panasonic. When Panasonic acquired Sanyo many years ago, the Japanese govt. wanted the Twicell factory to be excluded from the deal and remain under Japanese control, so it was transferred to Fujitsu. However, Fujitsu cannot use the Eneloop brand because Panasonic owns it. Panasonic Eneloop is not as good as the original Sanyo (now Fujitsu) Eneloops, and had to use workaround technology to mimick the original Sanyo/Twicell Eneloop technology (which are likely protected by patents), and are said to degrade already after only about 20 charge cycles.
If you want the real Eneloop batteries, get Fujitsu NiMH batteries. Even their Alkaline batteries (also from Twicell?) are said to be the best when it comes to leak resistance, which plagues countless alkaline battery brands.
Great information, dude! I knew Fujitsu Ni-MH cells were a top brand, and now you just confirmed it.
Panasonic bought the name from Sanyo but not the exclusive rights to the battery technology. FDK bought the secret recipe.
performance wise i like the fujitsu much better
Hello, I need to make a small observation = the same factory aren't the same quality. I use Fujitsu batteries and I think they are good performance. BTW I really like your videos.
Thank you for watching and glad you've liked the videos!
Darek80, How do you know? You work there? Definitely is the same, agree with the Poster. Everything are totally rebadge, unless it clearly states with lower specs. i.e.) in the early 2000s, in U.S., the Honda Passport and Isuzu Rodeo, everything the same except for minor exterior cosmetics, emblem etc... The Passport sold for $5-10k more due to brand loyalty.
What's the difference between the fujitsu black, white and blue series?
just because they are made in the same factory doesn't mean that they are the same in fact
Fujitsu, Eneloop, Ikea Ladda - it is the same thing
@kiyonexus yes it is morron
Just because they're made by the same company doesnt mean they are the same quality
From where you bought them , can you post link , i purchased multiple time on aliexpress but the custom not allow it :( through AIR
It is in the description of the video: www.7dayshop.com/batteries-power-chargers/filter/fujitsu-panasonic/aa-aaa
Original /kw?
Chargers such as "soap box" spoil good batteries. When charging, the batteries heat up and "fry". This greatly reduces their service life. For high-quality charging, you need to use a charger in which a separate power supply 220. Such chargers do not overheat the batteries and significantly extend their life. Good charging type Technoline BC-700 (LaCrosse BC700) or different "clones". I also have such high-quality Fujitsu-HR-3UTCEX batteries on 2000 mAh. I bought them for $ 2.8 for 1 piece. Very well hold the camera. Sorry for the bad english.
@@AlcoveShadow Over the past 5 years, many manufacturers of universal chargers have appeared. I recently bought the simplest LiitoKala Lii-100B charger in China for $1.59 to charge lithium.
Even if Fujitsu's are made in same Factory, they are lower binned Product (Not up to Eneloop Spec)
For E.g. As per Marketing Claims of Fujitsu & Eneloop, its Battery holds 70% Charge for 5 Years, while Eneloop Battery holds 70% Charge for 10 Years.
so what prove it was made from same factory
lol the reflections are the same? wtf dude...AA is AA for a reason, AA size
Ikea Ladda and Sony Cycle Energy are the same too
And Ikea is the cheapest
confirma-se isso das pilhas ikea?
2:26 You can see the difference in your own video, in the backs of the battery packages. The difference is that the Fujitsu ones have the claim that they retain 70% of their capacity after 5 YEARS, whereas the Eneloop ones claim that they retain also 70% of their capacity, but FOR 10 YEARS (look for the PIE CHART in the back of the Fujitsu packaging and for the CROWN in the back of the Eneloop packaging). So the Eneloop batteries must have some better quality components, while the Fujitsu ones, while being quality batteries, might be have some small faults which make them a little less long lasting, while still being good.
Also, in your video I can't see any proof of both being made in the same factory, other than you saying they have very similar features, very similar look and both made in Japan, which doesn't prove anything.
But even if they were made in the same factory, it could be the same way Intel makes their processors: All processor ranges are made the same (i3, i5, i7 and i9) but only the ones with the least number of faults make it to i9, then other ones with more faults are labeled i7, then ones with even more faults are labeled i5 and the worst ones are labeled i3. Those faults make them more error-prone at higher speeds, that's why lower tier processors are rated with lower speeds they can safely run at. The same happens here, with the "5 years" vs "10 years" claims. They're different quality of batteries. And that's IF you're right about they being made in the same factory, which is still a dubious claim.
Damn, AA battery always have the same size dude.. WTF are you doing?
apparently not. the diameter of both eneloop and fujitsu AA batteries are 14.17mm. duracell AA are 14.26mm. IKEA Ladda AA (2450) are 14.28mm. and by the way, he's demonstrating AAA batteries, not AA batteries.
A fábrica não é a mesma cromito
É a mesma sim
FDK Corporation
Fábrica as Ikea LADDA,Eneloop e Fujitsu entre outros
Look and feel has nothing to do with the content inside. Made in Japan does not mean that they only have 1 factory.
Mercedes Benz has even 2 car factories for the same model like c-class. Yes, 2 factories in Germany building the same car ...where 1 plant costs a 1 Billion investment.
And measuring the voltage has nothing to do with the question if they are from same quality. Even a simple research would be more efficient cause guess what Panasonic, Fujitsu, eneloop have in Common?
Well, one company bought the other.. Why didn't you measure the capacity, the mAh a battery delivers and then charge it ... to repeat measuring cycle 10 times or more to compare the discharging curve?
Actually there is just only one NIMH battery factory in Japan
All Made in Japan batteries are made by FDK these days
Eneloops are also started to be made in China .. I'll stick with Fujitsu.
vBDKv Not true. These are fake ones then.
@@pena3976 not true
The Eneloop pro is made in Japan
Regular Eneloop is Chinese made
@@BavarianM the chinese-made White Eneloop is only sold in some markets (mainly in emerging countries and poor countries), in other markets (specially in rich and developed countries) the japanese-made regular White Eneloops are sold.
This is not the Same as the eneloop. Nor shoudl you think they are.. The Factory is not the same nor is it how you woudl deiced if they are the same!. If you have Questions about eneloop contact Panasonic.. Also Panasonic Owns the Line an the Battery Factories.. Not the other way around.
Well, same factory or not.. specifications made by both brands seem identical to me. They seem to have the same capacity and recharging cycle, so quality should be equal I think
The company that designed and manufactures the Eneloop batteries is in fact the same, the FDK Corporation (a subsidiary of the Furukawa Group, a Japanese industrial conglomerate of which Fujitsu is also a subsidiary), which has its own factories in both Japan and China, the Eneloop batteries made outside of Japan are not OEM, nor are they "White Label".
