Dr Sir please advise the students who live in hostel or take food from outside home or depending on outdoor . They also have acidity and fatty liver problem.Which minimum tablet should take in day so that they may not any problem in future.
I too have acidity and fatty liver problem.. Avoid apple, oranges and painkillers.

Thanks sir for the information. It is my observation as a lay person that a sedentary life increases the blood sugar. What we need is exercise. Those who have enough time should take light to little more strenuous exercise according to one's capacity. Apart from controlling blood sugar, exercise contributes to our health in many other ways which I don't need to explain to you.

Right. But there is the Major factor which almost all of us ignore. Our actions. If our actions are not in the right direction, no amount of exercise, or dietary habits, fruits, medicines will help us. We forget that 'smartness', tricks, cunning ways, lies, tact, all ruin our health. Health is how we feel 'inside', rather than a solid exterior.
@@ratansharma951 I don't know what do you mean by action. Exercise is an important factor in maintaining health. I am not talking about heavy or body building exercises. I am saying that to digest our food and to make the heart function properly, some exertion is needed. Apart from that balanced diet, positive attitude, fresh air, etc.all together play important role.

For example if I come to your house and steal something (of which you are not aware) and go away as if nothing happened. Whatever I may eat, or however I may exercise that guilt feeling will not go away, and will have an adverse effect on my health also.
Similarly if I keep on telling lies, it will create stress within.
Gandhiji hardly ever needed a doctor because he had the best medicine-Truth.
Every wrong action I do has to be reversed by a good action. Otherwise life loses its balance.
This is what I have observed in life.

@@laynalparmar54Bro, you are right in saying sedentry lifestyle creates lot of complications such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension. But other factors also contribute to these disorders. Eating unhealthy foods without discretion regularly, having constant stress, not sleeping well etc are also contributing factors one should consider.
Wrong decisions in life which creates regret and remorse leads to constant stress.
I'm otherwise perfectly healthy but some circumstances in life made me slightly hypertensive for few days. I tried to get back into normal life and once again my health is back on track. Thats how it works.
