I was thinking the same thing. Man I’d need a whole lot of variation in that. I don’t hate training legs necessarily but it’s the most draining imo and it just sounds brutal
I am so glad you are here Noel. I had a tumor in my knee removed 10 months ago and thanks to your motivation I worked very hard in physical therapy and I did my first squat last week! I am so glad you are here because I was told I wasn’t going to walk again. You helped me push through the pain and I thank you so much for that. Keep doing what you are doing.
This could not have come at a better time, I hurt my back and have been struggling mentally. I can always count on Noel to lift my spirits and remind me to be positive.
I just had a disc replacement surgery in my low back. I’m at the 2 month mark right now. Recovery is going really well but there is still the fear that I’ll never fully be the same. Hang in there bro stay positive.
I hurt my lower back working in construction and the pain never left im limited to movement and since then i can't train legs in the gym (thankfully i bike a lot and i train my legs) or many back exercises. It tore me mentally i had to stop working out for about six months i gain a lot of weight and I have to wait 2 years so my back can heal on its own. Now im getting my self back slowly and I'll start dieting and working out again his video helped me a lot ty man you are the best gym influencer out there
I just tore my rotator cuff. I had already been going not so well mentally and this injury only made things worse. There could've never been a better time for me to see this video. It gives me hope that things will get better and I'm really thankful. Thank you, daddy Noel!
I got into a car accident about a year ago. Some guy ran a stop sign and it changed my life. I was told six weeks then two months then half a year but it never really got better. Finally got some MRIs and I have multiple bulging and herniated discs. I’ve had over 20k in medical bills and money has always been tight. As it is right now it hurts to even sit. I’m working hard to improve my pain and your vid’s help out a lot Noel. Appreciate the motivational content man and I can relate to your story. Keep up the good work.
Bro really idk what I’d do without your guidance sometimes. I’m very young guy with a back injury and I’ve only been able to be semi consistent by just walking on the treadmill a few days a week. You’re spot on it’s all mental and I almost gave up being an active person… but there’s no other option other than perseverance!
I can 100% relate to that feeling losing all your gains because you injured yourself. I broke my wrist a couple of days ago, im probably going to train legs more often too😂.
I've had patella tendonopathy for like 3 years idk if I'll ever recover from it. Two physiotherapists didn't help, CZcams helps to a degree but never gets me on track to squatting heavy again without subsequent pain for a week or more. Now I deal with the judgement from others that I don't train legs. Makes me want to pack the gym in altogether.
Dang! This is exactly what I needed today. I just had a total reconstruction on my foot. I was told I wouldn’t be able to lift heavy for a while. This really made my day. Thank you so much Noel!
Thank you I'm in one of the worst droughts of my life because of a work injury. I'm unable to run, I'm unable to lift, sitting, standing, walking, all of it harms me if I do too much of it, and I'm showing no signs of recovering so far. I've gained over 60 Lbs because of my injury combined with the stress eating of everything coming my way, but you give me so much hope. I want this all to be over so I can hit the gym again, and get myself back on track
This is genuinely what I needed to hear today, I've been on the recovery from a shoulder impingement from some amateur lifting habits, and it had me feeling very down and weak. I've been slowly rehabbing and training for stability lately and this was the little push I needed to hear. Thanks so much Noel ❤
Thanks for the video Noel Many people need that message now or in the future I was one of them I was a very fat kid who lost weight and was loving the gym before I was diagnosed with keinbocks disease ( which destroys your whole wrist if not treated and has a small chance of success in surgery) I was said that I have a chance to not be able to use my hand ever again or at least minimly and stopped the gym for 2 years because of it To put matters worse I was doing legs then one day I fell and partially tore both ACLS in my knee So now I can't anything Those were some darl times for me
Dislocated my shoulder last week and was on a roller coaster of emotions… You have no idea how much I needed to hear this. Thanks Noel! Leg day for the next couple weeks I guess.
Thanks for this message, i broke my right arm while riding my bike and mentally, its hard to deal with it so this short gave me more confidence thanks bro♥️
Hi Noel Deyzel I’m an overweight 13 year old and just started going to the gym. Right now I have a sore muscle in both of my legs because I did an intense leg workout and watching this help me to not loose hope. You are one of the reasons why I’m going to the gym. Wish me the best!
Yo idk if your going to see this but I just lost both of my parents in a car crash and I’ve been working out and watching you and you have helped me so much thank you ❤
I'm so glad you posted this. I've been recovering from a blood clot in my leg and i haven't been able to do anything i enjoy so hearing this gives me a bit of hope. thank you
Thank you, Noel! As a personal trainer, I’ve had lots of clients have this issue, including myself. I’ve had a knee injury, injuries to both arms and multiple hernias. It all ends up OK in the end.
I have dealt with this a lot after a knee injury. I couldnt train legs for a year before I got the treatment right for the issue. While I lost a lot of flexibility, Im back to it, but dealing with the mental hurdle was so, so so hard. I wish I had a video like this back then. Thank you.
I needed to hear this Noel. Broke my jaw couple of weeks ago while running track, had surgery and now my jaw is wired shut. Lost about 10 pounds the first 2 weeks and noticed a decrease in muscle mass. It’s devastating but I know I’ll be back soon. This video really helps
I'm going through a tough time with bad injuries from a dirt bike crash at the moment and this is exactly what I needed. Thank you for being such an inspiration Noel.
Fxck, i am dealing with injuries in both of my legs, and I felt stxpid for only going one or two days per week to the gym (to do back, triceps, biceps, etc., since it is difficult to walk) only to keep me sane and now I feel less alone, thank you Noel ❤
Today you remind me something … I dealt years ago with a car crash and left me out of my rugby career.. I lost all hope and was unable to run for 5 years, left the gym and dealt with some sort of depression because I was unable to be like I was before. My wife and your videos helped me and, as of today, I am able to play rugby again and be in the gym every day… I will never recover my rugby career again, but I am in my best shape ever. I always wanted the opportunity to thank you for that!!
Great stuff, Noel. Think many need this. I'm just getting over tearing my bicep (off the bone). Pretty humbling and depressing injury. Lost a big money (to me) job because of it. Soon as cast was off, I went right to the treadmill/doing legs/what I could. Doing just this little bit really does help the mental frustration.
I needed to hear this. Had a strange sensation in my knee, like it was sort of tight when squatting. Not painful, but discomforting. Saw the doc, diagnosed it as a meniscus injury, irrecoverable and apparently lifelong. My mind says "STFU and rest" but my will says "It's only one knee.. work the other parts" I listened to my will and wondered if I made the correct decision. Glad to see this video validating it, somewhat.
This vid came out just as i am recovering from a surgery. I tore my ACL on my right leg, things paining like hell. Thank you Noelji for your inspiring words 🙏 truely the definition of a legend
I ruptured my Achilles beginning of May. Just had surgery on it almost a week ago. I've been non weighting bearing on my left leg for over a month now. Losing all my muscle in my left leg and overall muscle mass has gone down because I can't workout. This video helped me stay positive that eventually I'll be back at it again soon. Thank you papa Noel!
Hey I jus wanted to say that ur doing good and u r one of the people that inspire me to stay in shape and work out, I know u do 💉 but still I think u have great determination keep it up
No way you Broker your arm. I broke my left arm 3 times in the last year and you are Right this definetely is harder for your mentality than for your Body. I would have needed to Hear this 1 year ago
I’m going to go on 3-4 runs every day until track rolls around, then imma do track at school. Wish me luck Noel, you’ve been a huge inspiration to me and I appreciate everything you’ve done.
do u know ur channel kept me alive for the last few months as I didn't have any friends no one to talk to and much more with body shaming and stuff I almost ended it all but u kept me hanging in there man I just wanted to say thank you
Broke my collarbone for second time 4 months ago, only just managed to get back to the gym last week it’s agony and i feel I’ve lost all my progress but the support I’ve got from the regulars at my gym has been unreal, without them I would be struggling mentally. Love your wisdom man❤
Not only the fact that you kept on training but that you went on just doing f-ing LEG DAYS is so impressive
Some people like training legs ?
I was thinking the same thing. Man I’d need a whole lot of variation in that. I don’t hate training legs necessarily but it’s the most draining imo and it just sounds brutal
Only. Only legs.
@@yeeeaaahmayneee3808Those people are called women.

Its refreshing that you talk about your injuries. Lots of gym influencers just push it off and don't talk about it. Thank you Noel. We love you.
Noel, Weight isnt the only thing you lift, you lift our spirits and our hopes.
Please keep being the big beautiful man you are, Much love from AUS.
