putting his incredible strength to one side, when he does these lifts he's had no multiple rep warm ups, he steps in totally cold, that is hugely impressive
@@barrywilliams4866 I would not believe that "professional powerlifter" would do such thing. I bet he knows how harmful it can be, so the fact that you do not see it on video does not mean he does not warm up before going there.

I sprained my achilles about 2 months ago and just got access to physio therapy today. My phisiotherapist estimates about 8 weeks and I am going to show her your program next week on my next appointment! I am so excited to start once this thing has healed!
