He also knows how to humble people in a one minute interaction, you can see them go from trying to be nice and appease/tolerate him, to being blown away and feeling silly for judging. The humility this guy lets off is something to admire. Pushes them, gives them the joy of laughter/magic with his own athletic ability, but never makes it out to seem like they are less than he is. The gym community is super dope.
That's exactly what I like about him.
He absolutely makes them feel lesser than him. Not with his behavior, but the way he manhandles their 'heavy' weights is more than enough to bring them inferiority complex... :D

The fact that he gets respect after showing them he can lift the weights is so satisfying.
His videos get me motivated to get stronger and in better shape, helping others and staying positive. He reached the goal by transmitting everything to us.

No doubt that one lady was just so impressed and a look at the abs and the expression on her face was pure admiration. The shocked look on these guys faces was worth your efforts to impress and amaze. At 70+ I still try to stay in shape with weights and MTB, maybe I can become a trainer too. Right. Anyway, great video and great for a laugh or two.

My biggest takeaway from Anatoly's videos is the difference between power and size.
I know a few military guys who are devasting but they are small and insanely powerful.
I think this speaks volumes about the difference between "body building" and actual, functional, strength.

Truth be told, anyone that actually feels a way about seeing him operate in the manner he does, deserves to not progress. Often times, the way that someone has either chosen to learn or accepted to learn whatever they've been told/instructed, isn't necessarily productive. In this case (although I get his angle) seeing him do what he does (minus the need to look like they look) should ring a bell of sorts when concerning what they think they know and have subscribed to. Science, (as in what naturally is and forever will be) in addition to other things, will always be what it *is.

Love all your vids, it's amazing how some of the toughest and meanest looking guys quickly humble themselves and praise Anatoly instead of getting upset or insecure, they're usually impressed and want to shake his hand. Or at least those are the guys who make the final cut lol
I'd hate to see what happens when one of those gym bros has a meltdown because they think they've been shown up, should definitely make a video on when things went wrong or got heated after the filming/behind the scenes.
