Jessica Amlee talks returning as Mallory in Heartland season 16

- Jessica Amlee chats with Brief Take about returning as "Mallory" in season 16 episode 7 of '@heartland' and what it was like returning to set (and to "family") in Calgary. Jessica details some of her heart-to-hearts with co-star/'Heartland' producer Amber Marshall ("Amy Fleming") including one they had when filming Jessica's return to the show. Jessica also gushes over her close friendship with former co-star Graham Wardle ("Ty Borden"), saying that she wishes his character wasn't killed off the show. Jessica then reveals never-before-heard stories about Mallory's wedding scenes and how she was very sick filming that episode. Jessica also confronts those "Mallory is annoying" fan reactions and details some of her most memorable in-person fan encounters.

I can’t wait to get to season 16 I’m rewatching Heartland from the beginning and I’m on season 6 rn - I never thought Mallory was annoying - I loved her moments bcuz she was like the truth bomb 💣 going off especially when she’s around.
