yea me too i was really mad that they weren’t in super mario party and super stars especially after such a great bowser boss from star rush it feels like they went down the path of paper mario and took away the things away that we loved about the series after star rush and it’s a real shame the one good thing about the modern games at least until after star rush was that the modern games were actually Better then the older games can’t say the same thing about paper mario though

Mario Party 1-8 only have one boss minigame, then from DS to Star Rush they made more boss minigames.
But then it went back to only one boss in The Top 100.

Probably cause Mario party star rush was, as the name implies, a rushed game so Nintendo could have a Mario Party game out during the Christmas season that’s full of bugs and glitches. If you couldn’t tell, I really don’t like Star Rush, in my opinion it’s by far the worst Mario Party game. That and Top 100 cause we can all agree Top 100 was a cool idea that Nintendo completely dropped the ball on.

Now I get Dry Bones, Whomp and King Bob-omb flashbacks. Just thinking about them makes me want to throw the controller out of frustration. God, those bosses, especially Whomp and Dry Bones drove me nuts and brought me so much frustration. Easily one of my least favorite Mario bosses I faced, since I never played the older games.

Even though those bosses give me frustration, there are also some good ones, like Spike, Chain Chomp, Blooper and King Boo. I also like the music and my favorite theme is from Bowser Jr. It sounds like you are in some sort of casino, which fits, because the whole battle is luck based. The angry version is so good that it's my favorite boss theme in the game. No offense to the bosses. Doesn't excuse Whomp and King Bob-omb for being almost to completely luck based and can really frustrate me.
