This was an amazing video guys! Also, thank you so much for the shoutout, I love the patch up on the jabulani 😂 The the shot at 5:53 was so sick too, thats my favorite kind of knuckleball. The tips were on point too, I definitely agree that the follow through shouldnt be too short. Ive had the problem before, and when it happens its really difficult to have any consistency.

After practicing knuckle ball for months, I finally injured my left ankle. Now forced to rest for a month. Shooting knuckle ball really has a huge pressure on the ankle. Next time I will have my bandage on before practising.

I don´t make all my run up on my toes, but my knuckleball is much better when I exagerate the last step with my kicking foot, only touching the ground with my toes. I also think I hit better when I tigthen my core during the kick. Those would be my secret tips.

I've watched the 'Secret Tips' video and this one as well, but I still can't seem to get a hold of the technique practically. I've not yet *intentionally* ever hit a knuckleball in my life 😔😞... The angle at which my foot hits the ball makes it swerve each time or get a backspin. Even if I do manage to hit the center, its always from the side and the ball ends up going rolling and spinning outside the goal.
Long story short, **I can't get the proper connection with the ball that's required** (it also is *sometimes* because of leaning towards my left)
You are defo talking in the correct terms regarding your technique 💪 It sounds like you’re struggling with the initial contact like you said... the only thing we can suggest is to practice the contact over short distances, such as doing an instep pass technique with minimal power applied as you follow through 🤔 Give that a try and keep us posted 👊 #Knuckleit

no prob I do it all the time when the air come out when I pump my ball just remember to put the blue tac inside of the hole not on top and don't put to much blue tac just a little bit and u should fix your ball
