Try DNRS by Annie Hopper, it will shut that off. Your limbic system is impaired and stuck on a loop that was caused by a virus, bacteria, stress, or other traumas. Because brains are neuroplastic, they can change through repetition of positive thoughts using past memories and future visuals. It takes some time, but you can rewire your brain and shut off the chronic fight or flight you are stuck in. You are making too much norepinepherine and adrenaline thats why you shake and are nervous. I am currently doing DNRS for anxiety and POTS syndrome and it is helping. Look it up! You can fully recover! @ J Leo

I accepted an SSRI medication vs trying to 'buck-up' & just endure. It has helped incredibly! Within 3 weeks my extreme anxiety broke like a bad fever! Deep breathing, mindfulness meditations, simple exercising like walks or swimming also help me! None of which I would have been able to do without that small amount of medication! I am Very pleased with my improvements!Anxiety can be so horrible to try to live with! Hope this info helps. I wish you the very best! Hugs to you!!

It kinda makes me sick to know that in todays world people have normalized “anxiety” and they use it in a way which they don’t realize that it’s an actual thing that people have to live through. I have anxiety myself and I didn’t know I had it til I went to the ER years back. And when I hear people saying “this gives me anxiety” or “I get anxiety by seeing my crush” it makes me ponder if they ever think how it affects those with anxiety. You can’t just throw the word around and make it have no meaning. Maybe it’s just me but it really gets to me when people just throw around the word.

So I'm like, no you're not "triggered", just say you're angry or upset.. I think people that are using those words, when it's not that serious, causes people to think that anxiety isn't that bad.. we get taken less seriously.. same goes when using the word "depressed" instead of "sad"

SAD is the worst feeling in the world. You just want to be normal like everyone else and say what's on your mind, get the words out and stop shaking every time you come into the presence of other people but it's impossible. And it makes it so hard to do the most basic things that allow one to progress in life like phone call someone, make friends, talk to people, give presentations and job interviews. It just won't go away and absolutely tears your life apart. I'm just so tired of it. It always fills me with wonder when I see other people with anxiety disorders, reminds me that I'm not alone.

I'm a 16 year old guy, and have been dealing with very intense anxiety my entire life. I never really gave myself the title of "having anxiety", as I grew up my entire life hearing my family refer to me as "Oh, he's a worrier. He worries about everything." For the longest time I thought maybe it was trust issues, but then the dots started to connect and all signs pointed to a severe anxiety disorder. From the outside looking in, I'm an average male almost, I'm about 5'10", just a pinch overweight but I get in shape during football season at my school. I have a 3.9 GPA, and am dubbed an extremely intelligent person. But deep within, it's a horrid nightmare. I'm not gonna type an essay on my past, so I'll just summarize and say I didn't exactly grow up great and I don't necessarily live in the best environment at home. Although I haven't seen a registered psychiatrist, I have seen two different counselors; one said my issues weren't life-threatening and that I would grow up and get over it, and the other accepted a job elsewhere. I currently don't do anything to treat it, but I hope to change it soon. I would say I have moderate/mild OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), and EXTREME social anxiety. I am very antisocial, and I hate having to talk to people and I try to avoid it at all costs. I have severe panic attacks when I'm on the phone with anyone. I always worry if I'm going to stutter or say something bad, and while I'm talking to someone my brain fixates on that risk of possibly screwing up that sentence so I pause a lot. The struggle of anxiety is something I wouldn't wish upon any enemy, and it's awesome that he overcame it 🙂

Anxiety disorders are so so difficult to deal with; Ive been going through a tough bout since December but I am slowly but surely getting better. Therapy and taking care of myself have been the major things that have helped me. So, to anyone that sees this, this is your reminder to: eat a meal, go to bed early, bathe, do your hair, talk on the phone to a loved one, stretch and/or exercise, journal, do deep breathing, meditate, pray (if you're spiritual), go outside and breathe fresh air. These are all little things that make such a big difference - I went from feeling hopeless and depressed to being able to find something good about each day (even if small things count). So don't give up guys, you can get through this! Know that you are not crazy and that others are going through this too and we believe in you!
Also, it's hard but I have found that controlling your mind is possible. Some days are easier than others but challenging negative thoughts, reframing them to be positive and labeling intrusive thoughts as such and redirecting your focus away from them have helped. I hope this helped someone out there.

Zudotokashi, How are you? Do some public speaking courses --they can transform you. To feel better reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. When taking a walk, at office, in school, when reading, in the kitchen before sleep etc observe your breath sensations. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Senior counsellor.

i haven’t been diagnosed with anxiety, but i just know i have it. last year (2021)’s summer was my worst period ever, it had never been THAT bad. thankfully i am not at the rock bottom now and things started getting better, but i feel like i am slipping again lately. april wasn’t that good and these days i’ve started to overthink a lot more (not that i don’t do it anyway, but it’s getting pretty tough lately) and now i was just calmly lying down and my heart started beating rapidly out of the blue, i am feeling so overwhelmed. i don’t feel good enough, i feel like i can’t fit it, like i am weird. i keep on thinking about things that are going to happen in a few months, which are supposed to be fun and bright, to bring me good feelings and joy, but my heart just races at the thought of this, i am scared. i am simply scared of almost everything at this point, it’s like i don’t know how to function anymore. the only thing my brain knows for the past one year is how to imagine the worst possible outcome of every single situation. it makes good things seem bad. i am constantly stressed, worrying about my life, how others perceive me, what i am gonna do, what i am gonna say, mostly i am worried that i will let down someone and crash their expectations of me and who i am, because honestly i don’t know how i am anymore. and i have so much more to say, but i’ll stop here. i just want to be able to think normally, to stop getting weird vibes from literally everything and to feel safe, happy and have fun. i want to live, not to be on a survival mode, i just want to feel human…. hope everything i said makes sense
