It seems that damage was done on purpose under the guise of a party. All the stuff they mentioned to keep, were damaged.

That "party vandalism" was so obviously staged for the show. No one even mentioned calling the cops. I'm surprised anyone here believed that was real.

It happens that people steal your wood when building a house or try and destroy it. It happened to us when we were
building our house, they stole $4000 worth of wood from us, no one in the neighborhood saw anything. I just went
looking for people building a house and asked could I check their wood. I had my three initials on all my wood in
small letters. We found the thieves and I wanted them arrested and I took all my wood back. I told the police I
couldn’t less what you do with them for stealing, but I’m pressing charges against them

It's one thing when you plan to replace all those things AND it's in the budget. It's something different when you didn't plan in the budget for it. It doesn't make sense that they would do that to themselves for ratings because it comes out of their pockets.

Closed over the weekend so not sure on timing on any of that with the party, thinking they closed on Saturday, party Saturday nite...so more than likely didn't have insurance and neither did the seller.
