Agreed. Definitely no 9/10.
GFAL or KAS have a 9/10 team
OCTA has a 2/10 (no blockchain experience, just 2 reallife team members, team not doxxed a.s.a.i.k., unknown other teammembers, very little team experience. Completely disappointing, hope it develops)
