- I thought that her having to do Crisis Make Up every time just to do Rainbow Moon Heartache was a little annoying, so I used the extended versions on the OST and the S movie footage to make this. Some of the sound effects might be a little off.
Over 20 years later I still can get chills when remembering the first time I watched the spiral heart attack.

@@briangaron7609mine was every Saturday afternoon/ evening in our local channel 5 dubbed in the local language (Tagalog/Filipino). SOmetiimes they repeat the previous seasons but I dont care :-)

I just realize how there were 2 separate animation director between the original Moon Spiral and Rainbow Moon. It seems like Itoh took over for Rainbow moon as you can see the design for the eyes drastically changed compared to Moon Spiral.
Pretty sure Itoh did both. Kazuko Tadano didn't do any of S or SuperS episodes at least that I know of.
I don't think so. Look at 0:20 and 0:44. If anything Rainbow Moon Heart Ache looks like it got a bump in quality, as it should. Also, these are both from the S Movie.

I watched this for the first time when I had to be bedridden for about a month and a half to recover (too long of a story) and it made me so happy, it kept me from being depressed and now i associate this anime with all of the good things that happened during that time instead of the bad lol I still remember the old intro song 🎵 god, i love Sailor Moon!

My OC, Dark Moons version.
“Shadow Moon Heartbreak!” And “New Moon Heartache!”
Dark Moon doesn’t dance about like Moon does with her attacks. To use her first attack, she pulls her rod across her forehead, pauses at the side of her head with her right leg pulled up, pulls rod across her shoulders, brings rod forward to grab with her other hand while swinging right leg around and down, and points it at the enemy. Nothing fancy. Her rod is the Moon Wand in black and silver with white wings and a longer shaft. Her half of the silver crystal sits between the wings under the crescent.
Her second attack, her rod gains a bow with trailing ribbons in place of the wings and the shaft is longer. When the wand changes, the wings cross over the front and open as sides of the bow. The ribbons flow down from the bow as the shaft lengthens behind them.
Dark Moon will be in her super form, her uniform similar to Moons super uniform. No huge butterfly like bow though.
For her second attack, she begins with the wand against her side. She swings it forward, holds it vertical as the shaft extends to the ground, and moves her hand across the crystal, lightly touching it before wrapping her hand around the shaft under the bow.
Imagine if Chibimoon did the first one and Sailor moon came behind her with the second one
