I have seen more of Johnny Dineen than anyone else in my life over the last few weeks. He's probably taken enough appearance fees to spend the next months in Barbados!!
I think I'm married to Johnny. As you say , he must be getting a few quid off it. The preview is easy-- nap of the meeting is State Man, 2nd best is Lossiemouth and 3rd in is El Fabiolo
Gary O’Brien is a perfect fit for this preview, the best pundit around. 👏🏼👏🏼 along with Johnny and David of course
You need to get out more if you think those 2 are the best tipsters around. Although Johnny i just lov to bits very entertaining , though once he becomes an ambassador he will be just another tool to draw in the mug punter.
Gary O’Brien is a disaster, he doesn’t seem to know if there are horses outside the favourite running in races, he’s boring and miserable to boot, and he had a whinge before he even started!
Wonder if DJ remembered that at the end of last years series, he did put up Ballyburn for the Ballymore. Looks like he's got the right race at least. JD put up Teaupoo for the Stayers, although he did put up Jonbon for the Ryanair.

Gary O’Brien, what a man. Calmness personified. If I had a penalty in the 95th minute in a champions league final, and I could pick between, Messi, Ronaldo or Matt Le Tissier, I would choose Gary O’Brien. Refreshing presence on the show and a true gent, top man.
Missed this live but watching now. My best bet on first day is Chianti Classico in the Ultima

Gary O’brien is just such a likeable character you’d struggle to find anybody that has a bad word to say about him and Johnny Dineen is Johnny Dineen, I really hope he stays again for next year of upping the ante.

Johnny completely wrong regarding Ballyburn as I said when he put him up. I think he's spot on regarding Stay Away Fay and Broadway Boy. Both should be in the National Hunt Chase. Crazy decision from Twister. No wonder he hasn't won many at the Festival recently if he can just throw away a decent opportunity.

Last week all the bookie sponsored pundits started to push Marine again to a point it cut from 3s to 9/4 guess what got took out a few dats later.

For one moment I thought there was going to be another full house mess up, but David saved the day with Ferns Lock.
Ferns lock 6L clear at the last gets beaten.
You might be correct about being 6 lengths clear at the last, but your assumption of him then getting beat is way out. This horse probably could have won this race last year, but you sometimes have to be patient which this trainer and owner is. Deep down you probably know this as well, and it’s never to late to change your mind so you can still cash out on a winner. This horse is a super jumper and stayer who’s best days are ahead of him starting next Friday. I know you are all more knowledgeable about racing than myself, but that doesn’t mean that l can not study one race at a time and be good at it. It takes ages to just study one race at a time but then you can make your own mind up about where the value lies, and what horse has more than a good chance of winning. Anyway keep on doing what you do as l love to watch your videos.

Same here. I don’t fancy Corbett’s Cross to put in a good enough round of jumping to be there competing near the finish. I’m all over Embassy Gardens
I fancy him more than Corbetts Cross who is a poor jumper. Has an extra 6f to run and more fences. Can't have him at all. Think the front 2 get beat and love Mr Viago who will relish the conditions and trip and Henry's Friend.

It's hard enough to pick a winner at Cheltenham but when trainers are allowed to pull a house that's been favorite for 10 it's a farce
Don’t give up on Ballyburn in supreme. Ground is very soft and rain due over weekend. If it’s soft he will run in the first race.
Forecast for little rain. That course dries out quick. I reckon it will be Good to Soft on day 1

I understand the Henderson form, but comparing Sir Gino's first run to Majborough's makes no sense. Off course he ran to a better rating, one finished in competitive race and another won by 14 lengths. Happily let Sir Gino keep drifting and get stuck in ok the day at 2/1

Upping The Ante is like a steak meal, but Gary O'Brien adds the tasty tarte tatin.
Gidleigh Park should go Albert Bartlett, but if Fry takes too much notice of his jock's comments he will end up getting trounced by Ballyburn in the Ballymore.
Love the show lads but not feeling good about the odds on shots at the festival. The Willie Mullins domination is ruining the sport. Not his fault but it is a problem. If you backed his 5 hot pots in an Acca Day 1&2 it would be 7/1 NRNB. I mean ffs that’s brutal.
Add in he has 9 of the 15 entries in the Supreme as it stands….how is this good for the sport. Owners need to grow a pair and spread the love. Declaration rules need to change clearly. NH chase will prob have 3 runners. Why even have it or the Turners. A lot of change is needed.

Its all about swings and roundabouts. Now if you had 400k and bought a horse with it, who would you want to train it.? Odds on the best trainer about Mullins.
Yoi could send it to Elliot and hope hes not short of chairs. You could send it to Paul Nichols but then its just a pawn for Paul to use to achieve hes number one target, to win the trainers championship. Or Henderson were yoir horse will be targeted for 2 races a year and keep your fingers crossed no one within 20lb or bad weather turns up.
Like all things it will change over time.
@@prometheus9715 I'd rather send it to Cromwell and have Keith ride it, Paul and have Harry ride it, Henry and have Rachel ride it rather than be Willies 4th string and have Patrick ride it. This isn;t a knock on Willie and his brilliance and as I said in the other response, i'm on BB for the Ballymore at 12s.....I just think the antepost for the festival has been atrocious and the on day betting will be atrocious and both are down to the fact that Willie has such an arsenal at his disposal and multiple entries for the lot.
Triumph is a fine example, if Willies 6 are all around the same price, who would you back.....the one Paul T is on right, wouldn't it be better if they were all in different yards. I think it would.

I absolutely love this show but O’Brien brings nothing to it at all, first thing he did was whine about having to do it, he looked miserable the whole way through and didn’t tip anything above 7-4, please don’t have him on your great show again, maybe Paul kealy next year?
