One quick tip, you should cook the onions for quite a while before adding herbs and spices because the longer you cook the onions the more flavour they release and the spices will burn x

Garlic hands are so annoying haha. Wash your hands with cold water after cutting garlic, because your pours open when you use hot water and the garlic smell gets in. The smell doesnt get in when you use cold :)
