I was given that book by my head of year in school always kept it and the best thing about it is you can open it on any page and somehow it will tell you what you needed to hear in that moment🥲🫶🏽 love your jumper
The book is actually sort of aimed at adults just in the style of a children'a book! The BBC did an adaption of it last Christmas :)
