Hi!! You and the Strava challenge gave me the idea to run a 5k around the park next to my house every in the month of january! Not only was I able to finish this but my parents also walked/ran a 5k everyday and I’m so so proud of them. Thank you for sharing your running streak and positivity everyday :)

The challenge was such a great way to stay motivated to move this month! I usually get demotivated as soon as I fall off the 100% effort wagon but being able to choose the movement and being gentle with myself has made me so much more consistent and happier overall! So happy that you’re getting to go on these trips, you deserve all the success and positive vibes in the world!!

I’m a runner, I have to repeat ‘Consistency is key’ to myself when I just got home from my 9-5 commute and it’s dark and cold outside, so I would actually go running 😅 We love a good January strava challenge 😊

having a hard time linking my strava to my youtube BUT still just wanted to pop on and say: 1) thank you for everything you’ve done to make this community an inclusive, sometimes goofy and always judgement-free space - reminding me among other things that you can be an adult and also not take yourself seriously ALL the time; 2) thank you for your vulnerability in sharing the highs and lows of influencing, hard as it can be at times - you’ve genuinely reshaped so much of my view of the job; and 3) thank you for continuously pushing yourself to learn and grow from us as much as we do from you. i’m not a big one for social media in general, but this space is an exception. 💓 from one confused indian runner girl to another
