I grew up with such minimal understanding of my body & how to enjoy it safely that honestly I’m just on a bit of a mission to stop other women from feeling as embarrassed as I did.
Discussing and learning more about all things seggs is a big thing on my 30 for 30 list and I hope this conversation with SH24 helps you to feel a little more confident in your own bodies. I definitely walked away having had my eyes opened.

Sooooooo we really did that, we smashed 340 miles and got from LA to Vegas on foot. I'm reli sorry if you bump into me, as this isn't something I expect to shut up about for a while lol. It's evident that this race is unsanctioned as so mu'h/.hch of it is just genuinely terrifying but I'm chuffed we gave it a good go, I'm so lucky to have had my legendary team without me, those girls completely...
