BON JOVI IS DOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guys react to legendary British rock band (Led Zeppelin), formed 1968 London, England. Lead singer is Robert Plant. I highly recommend: Since I've Been Lovin' You - Led Zeppelin HQ (with lyrics)
czcams.com/video/K8R7zjJMIfU/video.html It's amazing!
Yo, you really like this era of rock, don't you lol. This my era, and it's awesome to see you two really LISTEN to the music...
You should react to some Aerosmith
This was first album I ever owned (older bro gave to me) listen to both sides of cassette tape for ever
I think this is probably my cousin's best song . That's just me , heard the other stuff too much. Little runaway is a great song too....
@@doublewhopper8494 Their first album don't get enough love, great song.
" I've seen a million faces.
And I've rocked them all!"
It's the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame of comments.
The back up singing is actually from the lead guitar player Richie Sambora and his high tenor voice totally shreds here💯
Bon Jovi was the soundtrack of my teen years. They're awesome!
Jon Bon Jovi: Lead singer and guitar
Richie Sambora: Lead Guitarist and backing vocals
David Bryan Keyboard
Tico Torres Drums
Alec John Such Bass
Other good songs by them are Living on a Prayer, You give love a Bad Name, Always, Bed of Roses, and It's My Life.
& Bad Medicine - gotta have that one
I'd die for you (the sign) was referring to a song on the Slippery When Wet album this song was on. This album is stacked with great music.
This song is about life on the road as a rock star in that era (1980s) and how touring was like the Wild West. The lyrics are mostly about music, especially when he says "I walk these streets, a loaded six-string on my back", a reference to a guitar instead of a six-shooter (an old-west gun.)
So happy our younger generation is finding great music and loving it!! 1👍❤
More Bon Jovi please!!
If you like this, you must listen to Bon Jovi - ‘Blaze of Glory’ and ‘You Give Love a Bad Name’
Blaze of glory is such a great song
Thank you! I couldn’t remember the name of “Blaze of Glory”! A must!
And Lay Your Hands On Me!!
There is so many good Bon Jovi songs so many you can put a list together of 20 or 30
@@jamescoleman8954 So very true!
Modern day cowboys, likening the rigors of performing / touring with "the steel horse I ride" being the planes, buses, limos, etc that get them place to place & "wanted dead or alive" to the physical demands expected from them. Video says it all, AND you get the pleasure of looking at Bon Jovi & Sambora as an added bonus. Win-win IMO!
80's music kicks ass!
Best
Richie sambora is lead guitar.
And secondary vocals.
Lita Ford Bon Jovi sambora story is funny
Richie Sambora is a bad ass singer too. He did solo albums too. Stranger in this Town was his first. Real smooth and bluesy.
Yea but jon did him wrong at the end I do have to say .. I love their music still
@@heidikleckawoodward20 He left the band to spend more time w/ his daughter.
It's so great seeing the younger generation loving all of our music...Rock and R&B, Dance, Hip Hop and Rap of the 80s! It's so awesome!
Jon Bon Jovi talked about how important this song was to the group, because it was at a time when they almost broke up. He said the looks on their faces and the stress you see in the video is real. Jon said at that time things were so bad between them they actually each needed bodyguards to keep them apart backstage otherwise they’d fight all the time.
The girl is a true Goddess. She should have her own IG-channel.
This song was used in the opening of Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man starring Mickey Rourke and Don Johnson. One of the greatest opening scenes ever.
That's a great movie
@@RkoStunna I’d rather be dead and cool than alive and uncool!
@@NoneYaBidness762 that's exactly the reason I ride my motorcycle
Keep with the bon jovi reactions, Lay Your Hands on Me, Bad Medicine, I'll be There for You, Bed of Roses, Blaze of Glory, It's My Life, so many great songs.
Great reaction!! One of the best bands from the 80's!
Richie Sambora was the guitarist and back up vocalist for Bon Jovi. Also co-wrote a bunch of songs. He's the one going "WAAAAANTEEED".
Jon is excellent, of course, but
I really love Richie.
@@bookwoman53 Me too!
Been watching a lot of reaction channels, and I have to say yours is my favorite. You guys seem really open minded, genuinely curious, and I love your personalities. There’s just this lack of cynicism about you guys which makes your videos feel refreshing, and in a way gives me hopes that the fate of our world is safe in the hands of the younger generations such as yourselves. That was probably a little too deep, lol, but keep up the good work!
That’s
I giggle every time I hear this song. It's just pure, over the top, 1980's rock. I also change the lyrics every time I sing along to it, because of Corey Taylor from Slipknot. He did this at some of his solo acoustic shows, and changed the lyrics up a little. Between that and his mannerisms, it's hilarious. The performance on 'metallfreek' youtube channel is perfection.
What is amazing is you could listen to them on the radio then go see them in concert and they sounded the same if not better. I never left a Bon Jovi concert feeling even a little disappointed they didn’t deliver what they sent out over the radio.
Do the whole album!
Of the biggest and best-selling bands of the 80's and 90's. They're still playing today albeit not as popular as they once were. They had a resurgence in popularity in 2000 with the song "It's my life" and the 2016's song "This house is not for sale" is not too bad.
I love when young people love old rock! It warms my heart!
"Riding on a horse down the valley and people are looking for him." Now you guys need to watch Young Guns and Young Guns 2
Edit: I think this song was in Young Guns 2? It's been awhile since I've seen the movie, but goddamn if it isn't epic
Was blaze of glory in young guns 2 both badass songs and awesome movie
Blaze of Glory and Jon Bon Jovi had a walk-on as an Indian
It was on the beginning of Harley Davidson and The Marborol Man
Young Guns theme song.
Especially since they did the soundtrack!
At its core, a very sad song. Great music and brilliantly crafted lyrics. Glad you enjoyed it
You are exactly right!
Richie Sambora lead guitarist and back up singing and has a voice every bit as good as Jon. Totally underrated as a guitarist also..
I just had a high school flashback
Right?
Bon Jovi has been one of my favs since he came out , 2 songs I think you guys will really like Bon Jovi - Lay You Hands On Me and Bon Jovi - Blaze Of Glory . Loving the reactions guys , keep rockin !! \m/\m/
They have a song called I’d Die For You (that’s why the banner said it back to him). If you like that cowboy vibe listen to Blaze of Glory (that was written/performed just by Jon Bon Jovi for the soundtrack of Young Guns 2).
Richie Sambora is the lead guitarist and the high back up vocals. He isn’t with the band anymore.
Ritchie not only a great guitarist but has a beautiful voice, together him and Jon are amazing... "Ill Be There For You" Alec on bass Tico on drums and David Bryan on keys... Bon Jovi greatest rock n roll band ever..!!!
As a middle aged, dual nationality (American / English) mixed race (AA/White) guy I love you two :) Music smashes stereotypes and videos like this prove that the misconceptions that some have about the fixed mindset of youth, nationality and color (colour for my British side :) ) are just plain wrong. Please carry on guys, you are awesome.
The band was:
Jon Bon Jovi - vocals
Richie Sambora - main guitar
Tico "The Hit Man" Torres - Drums
David Bryan - keyboards
Alec John Such - bass
In mid-nineties, Alec John Such was replaced by longtime collaborator Hugh McDonald.
Currently, Richie Sambora has left the band and was replaced by Phil X.
The album from which this track is taken (along with Livin' On a Prayer), entitled "Slippery When Wet", came out in 1986 and is one of the best-selling albums in rock history with sales estimated around 30 million copies.
Don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but the guitarist and back up vocals is Richie Sambora, a great guitarist and a damn good singer
"I'd Die For You", is one of their famous songs. Listened to it a million times!
That sign "We'd Die For U" is a play on a song he did called "I'd Die For You."
Blaze of glory next….song is one of my all time favorites that Bon Jovi has done
Bon Jōvi. long O. His actual name is Bongiovi. This song Ritchie Sambora really got to showcase his voice too. the harmony is spectacular
4:32 General George S. Patton, "Wait 'til they get a dose of that artillery fire.". :) Keep up the good work you two :)
Rocked this song in the glorious'80s and it's still badass today!
Richie Sambora is the main guitarist. They are in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame now. Sold hundreds of millions of albums worldwide.
My wife and I took my niece and her friends to one of their concerts back when this song first came out.
This song is about life on the road, being on a relentless tour, the steel horse is the tour bus, planes, limos ect...
I was lucky enough to see the slippery when wet tour..i was 18..went down ..got insurance on my car and a friend and i took off for mountain view california..unreal..Bon Jovi kicked ass ..so funny all the look alikes or trying to be lol..the 80s were so cool 😊
Gotta check out some great white!!! “Rock me” “all over now” “house of broken love” “what do you do?” “ old rose motel” “step on you” I love a lot of their songs
Keep it up as much as you can, you seem to be spinning out reactions at light speed and so God speed to ya. Love the content!
Gotta love the dude lying on the bed behind and watching the tv...
The guitar player in the hat is Ritchie Sambora and Jon Bon Jovi's cousin and sings backup
Ritchie Sambora is the Guitarist backup vocal
Jon Bon Jovi - guitar/lead vocals
Richie Sambora - guitar/lead guitar/backing vocals
David Bryne - keyboards/backing vocals
Alex John Such - Bass/ backing vocals
Tico Torres - Drums
There’s an acoustic version of this song with just John and Richie that is magic. Chk that out and “Wild in the Streets”
You give love a bad name , should be your next Bon Jovi song
Great reaction! " It's my life" rocks.
I like the variety of music. Most of its the stuff I grew up to. Love the the enthusiasm
They played this song in concert, back in the eighties. Seeing him in his black leather pants...😜!!!
Love úr reactions 😁 yall make me realise how awesome the music I grew up with is, like I heard it when I was ur age and loved it and now u hearing it and its the same, keep up the good work!
I like your guy's reacts to all songs you only pause briefly and give great comments!
Richie Sambora plays lead guitar and sings the background vocals. If y'all dig a raspy voice, you need to check out Def Leppard "Animal", "Armageddon It", "Photograph".
I grew up in the 1980s and remember some of these music. This music video came out around 1987, love your reactions to these old school music.
Came out in 85
@@sherrykennemer2422 No, the song was recorded in 1986, single came out in early 1987 and this video came out after the Living on a Prayer music video that came out in 1986.
You can sing girl!!!
React to Bon Jovi's official video for "lay your hands on me" or "bad medics" have not seen anyone do either one and both were off one of there best albums, New Jersey. They toured hard for 10 years straight.
My boyfriends sister was soooo in love with him in HS n went to every concert n even dated a guy with hair jst like his n same build n sorta looks too it was weird going over to their house ..
I love watching these younger people jam out with Bon Jovi ! And I'm assuming they're a couple or married....he's got a Beautiful Lady
They’re a rock band from Philadelphia!! Richie sambora is the lead guitarist n singing in the background!! The lead singer is jon bonjovi!! Hallof fame rock band!!
The guitarist and background vocals is Richie sambora
Love this opening guitar riff!
Enjoy raspy singers, check Cinderella( which Jon Bon Jovi discovered), Great White, Tesla, Accept.
Skid Row too!! Sebastian Bach has amazing vocals!
Ritchie Samboura is the guitarist/backup singer. He has released solo albums. Stranger in This Town was the first, and I enjoy the entire album. Stranger in This Town, the title track, would be a great one for you to check out. Bluesy guitar and vocals.
Great reaction guys. You rocked it out and I rocked with you 🤘
It’s when their songs were in the “young guns” movies from the 80’s.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet. Bon Jovi plays in a movie. The movie is called: "U-571"
If you like the guitar in this one …. Listen the Bon Jovi Dry County….guitar work is awesome! The background singer is Richie Sambora! He also co-wrote almost all of Bon Joni’s songs!
Bon Jovi is all that and then some!! I’ve loved them for so long my mind boggles at what to recommend. 😍😍😍😍😍 I need to go album to album so you gotta tons of requests coming! Lol
I was about your guys age when these songs first came out. Its great to see you enjoying it. Such a great time in music.
It's really about life on the road touring...steel horse is the plane, 6 string on my back is a guitar etc....he's using the 'cowboy' reference
React to Europe the final countdown
Richie Sambora who plays lead guitar and does the backing vocals has a few solo albums. Some of his songs are ‘Ballad Of Youth’, ‘Father Time’, ‘Every Road Leads Home To You’, ‘Seven Years Gone’. His music is definitely worth a listen.
Richie sambora guitar, Jon bon jovi lead singer, Tico Torres drums, David Bryan keyboard, and at that time late John Alec such bass, yiu should also listen to its my life from 2000
The backup singer is Richie Samboa great voice.
Richi Sambora is the lead guitarist and is the one in the black hat and he is the other one singing. Non Jovi lives in NJ and takes his kids to PUBLIC school and acts like a regular guy. He also has a restaurant and comes in daily to talk with customers/fans when not on tour, etc. They were HUGE in the 90’s, but still relevant and popular.
And if Jon & his wife (Althea?) aren't the best rock love story?
Also at his JBJ Soul Kitchen restaurant there are no prices on the menu. You "donate" what you can afford and if you can't afford to pay for the meal, you can work there for an hour and the meal is free.
They were huge in the 90s???? Maybe but they were huuuuugggggeeee in the 80s a d all the way til the present they have had many of the biggest tours in history and have sold over 180 million albums worldwide
@@grahamvarey1144 You’re right, they were bigger in the mid to late 80’s. I was trying to convey that they were one of the few rock bands that stayed popular and relevant during 90’s grunge/alternative/Seattle sound phase and still are very popular.
BON JOVI DID 2 SONGS WITH JENIFER NETTLES (A COUSIN OF MINE) WHO SAID U CANT GO HOME & DO WHAT U CAN YA'LL SHOULD SOOOO CHECK THEM 2 SONGS OUT CUZ THEY ROCK!!!!
Backup singer is the guitar player Richie Sambora. You should do Living on a Prayer next.
Jon Bon Jovi voice, Richie Sambora guitar and backup...Love it:) I remember waiting in line at the mall to get the ALBUM lol.
Great song, that entire album is fire.
They guitarist Richie Sambora sings most back up vocals and has his own CD. And keyboardist David Bryan has 4 Tony awards for Broadway plays. A very talented group.
Blaze of Glory!! You guys are great!!
There is some killer guitar with the Scorpions Winds of Change. Bongiovi is amazing. You got to see their new stuff
I love knowing young Americans understanding this fantastic story!!!!
Jon really gives back to people. His JBJ Soul Kitchen restaurant serves customers and in-need people. You can pay for a meal or donate an hour of your time and earn a free meal.
It is so funny that you mention the horses and all. There is a movie called young guns it is an amazing movie about Billy the kid and those who rode with him during the lincoln county wars, they wanted to use this song but Jon didn't let them, instead he wrote Blaze of glory for the movie.
Ritchie Sambora made the song, guitar and backing vocals. really good
You two should react to You want to make a memory, Thank you for loving me, Always and Hallelujah no one has done these yet so he the first ones!!
Love Bon Jovi
Jon Bon Jovi is from Sayreville New Jersey to lead singer Jon Bon Jovi.. Lee guitar Richie Sambora roses drummer Tito... Is a basis and the keyboard is don't know their names... this came out in 87 or 88... captured black and white audience at a time when white kids didn't listen to Black music and vice versa at this particular time Hip Hop was starting to Bubble and gain recognition
RITCHIE & JON ARE FIREE 🔥🔥🔥🔥 GREAT REACTION!
Love the western cowboy sound of this classic. Good choice!
You need to check out Tokyo Road, Homebound Train, Lay Your Hands on Me, Bad Medicine and This Ain’t a Love Song. There are so many more great songs by this band, just too many to mention. Other awesome 80’s bands to check out. Motley Crue, White Snake, Dokken, Stryper and of course Van Halen. There were just too many to mention. It was an awesome time to be a teenager.
Richie Sambora is the lead guitarist and who you heard singing backup. He has a great voice too and has a few solo albums, I really like the first one- Stranger in this Town. Tico Torres is the drummer, David Bryan keyboards, Alec John Such bass and of course Jon Bon Jovi singer.
My generation had great music didnt it???? so awesome you two love it too!!!
The one singing in the back, is Richie Sambora.
...and they can sing this well live as well !
