Great video. How would you work through the next step? E.g reconciling the Amazon ledger(if that's what its called) to your funds being received? Thanks
Hi Aaron, thank you a lot, for your videos! One question: the tax amount in Amazon Account activity transaction report, show less than when recording on QuickBooks total sales, where QB calculate it. Is tax amount in Amazon account activity for the month is relevant, or QB calculation is the one to take into account? I am record Total sales in bulk in QB.
Thank you for an excellent video. I have mine up and running now. You mentioned you had a tool for importing the older data, but nothing is showing in your resources area. Will this be available soon?
You are a life saver!!!
Thanks a ton for your videos! Incredibly helpful. We've been having a lot of trouble reconciling the Seller Central feed with the monthly Amazon transaction reports. Have you found a statement or report that directly matches the feed? Separately, have you been able to class the Amazon revenue to various departments or is there a work around for this vs just being lumped all into Amazon?
Glad it helps - we download the report from Amazon and have started using copilot to reconcile QBO and Amazon
Great video! Does this work with the Quickbooks self employed package? I'm doing amazon as a sole trader :)
Do you import everything within the transactions report, including all the orders and refunds?
It only allows me to upload data from 2024. Is their anyway to get the previous year? Thanks
Grab the data from Amazon and you can manually include backdated information
Thank you so much :)
You're welcome!
so I've done this - but how do I upload the transactions that pre date the 90 days that have been automatically pulled through. I've generated the csv file as per your instructions.
I would upload as bank account - we have a file in the works that converts Amazon to QBO Bank - just need to test it
@@TheQuickBooksChapwhere can I find the file? I checked the linktree and couldn’t find it :(
