Tell Mommy we say hi in Fresno :)
Do those herbs grow inside for wi yet
I need my plants to be as big as yours 😮💨
I would like to see how your mom cooks tofu with the herb she mentioned.
She basically just add firm tofu cut up into small chunks and boil it in with the soup.
Are you Hmong Dawb or Ntsuab?
LOL! I have been trying to find the English translations for the ingredients! I live with my boyfriend who is Hispanic and trying to explain to him is THE HARDEST! I love your content keep it up❤️

My godness, where can I find that knife?
My dad got it from his Uncle in California :)
I have red eyes all the time due to allergies. Any suggestions where to get BREAST MILK to add to Saam maaj kaab? Enfamil ?
U r missing my favorite herb, cannabis. Would love to see how you would incorporate that herb into future vids.
Tsi paub tas puas zoo rua koj le allergies nawb thaum kuv Nam puab pheej ua rua peb vim mob mob qhov muag lab nyob saab ntuj qub qaab . Nwg zoo yog swv cov Nam kws pub miv nyuas noj mig.
Omg where can I find those herbs in Los Angeles!?! 😫😫 Help!
You’d probably have to go to Fresno. Not too bad of a drive though.
In northern climates like Minnesota do the plants die every fall or do the stay alive and regrow if you bring them inside?
They will survive if you bring them inside and cover the roots well.
hmong have one name for all of it: txujlom or tshuaj 6 qaib
Hmong medicinal herbs and their English meaning: (you’re welcome!)
Artemisia lactiflora: Also known as white mugwort or taab kib lab
Okinawa spinach: Also known as tshuaj tsog lab
Cymbopogon citratus: Also known as lemongrass or tauj dub
Artemisia vulgaris: Also known as mugwort or tshaab xyoob
Mimosa pudica: Also known as sensitive plant or tshuaj tsaug zog
Iresine herbstii: Also known as bloodleaf or beefsteak plant or nkaj liab
Acorus gramineus: Also known as grassy-leaved sweet flag or pawj qaib
Your dad is really good at cutting chicken . But it’s not only that his knife is sharp it’s a little heavy like a cleaver
I went to my mom's yard and im like so confused because she got like 2 different plants that looks so similar with the underside being purple. One is light purple and one is dark purple. So i just started smelling the herb as i go scavenge for the herbs😂 i onoy got 3 herbs
koj niam puas cog cov tauj dub liab ....lemongrass that have purple base.....kuv pom cov lemongrass ntsuab xwb, but hardly see them sell the pruple base lemonegrass
Kuv Nam cog cov purple xwb peb tsi nyam cog cov ntsuab vim nwg ntxhwb ntxhwb.
I moved away from home and sadly I live in an area where they don’t have fresh whole chicken. Store bought chicken doesn’t taste the same when making this dish bc of all the hormones 😭
LiquidHunny May I ask where you live?
Taiwanese people eat these, sharing a similar culture with Hmong people.
Love your vid. This is exactly how we grew uop...lol.. mom woukd tell us and we pick the herbs.. However, if you don't have access to chicken herbs reach out to 9 daughter Farm on Facebook. The sale and ship chicken herbs.
