Doing what they do best, this project is a clear demonstration of the strength of the team once again. Eco Palladium is a brand new commercial concept within the region, consisting stratafied retail units, shops and offices.
Personally I enjoy the architectural theme as it helps the building become a landmark for the entire township. Also, it directly creates a different ambience around the spaces and that elevates the mood and vibe for businesses within the commercial area. It's pretty evident when there were endless commercial shoot going on during my visit.
The debate will always revolve around the difference between strata title and individual title shop offices. One offers maintenance of landscape, common area, cleanliness, and the consistent facade design for a fee, but the fee wouldn't make sense if you purely just need a space for back of house operations.
I'm amazed with the speed of businesses picking up within the building. Besides the amazing leasing team, the location of it being surrounded by matured residential developments helped the situation as well. And it just feels great to see things getting back to normal, especially after the border were opened.

Ceiling too Low, cannot do raise floor to accommodate wiring.

I prefer wiring goes under within the floor. Since they give the unit floor bare and need to refurbish, I would probably run the wires underneath. Sadly, the drop is not deep enough.
