I surely like Mack and all it offers. I miss the Manual 13spd. This truck could be so much more with efficiency and capability in my eye if it was paired with Mack’s Manual 13spd and the Professional drivers option to turn off that bendix system. I’ve been on the road for 18yrs. To date I’ve had two no fault collisions. Thank God and the ones who trained me in this department for it has sure paid off. Now, Looking to show my knowledge of trucks to my company and maybe introduce a new line of ever lasting rigs to their fleet. Let me know if I’m missing anything here. I feel that with the manual transmission and the know how you the driver has better control of the vehicle at all times.
You said the tesla track has more power than the mack. Lol in horsepower but in trucking torque is what you want so the mack has more pulling power lol
Your black color makes it so much hotter inside when driving through Arizona in July. At least the Hood and roof should be painted white. White also reduces earth warming. 40 million houses in America greatly increases radiant heat shooting up into the atmosphere thus greatly increasing earth warming.

A $1USD has the buying power of £1 British, a 530bhp DAF can be had for £85.000,in reality a Mack should be $100.000? I saw a Western Star X47, 2 nights ago at $235.000,just madness, even a DAF(Paccar) is far more advanced....something is far wrong over there,you're away beyond 770bhp Scania money, even with a hood over conversion...Scania is the best for a reason,quality!
Thats true but the problem in trucking with electric trucks is people like me who drive OTR cant wait hours to charge, it will take the times longer to get to my destination from the upper east coast to CA with a 10 hour reset and mandatory break times. So much money and time lost. Not to mention very heavy loads, mountains, extreme cold, and running the heat all night using electric. I dont see any charging stations at truvk stops yet. As a trucker time management is extremely important. Electric for over the road now is not a good idea now. City use is better for electric at the moment.

It's because we ALL EXHALE CO2. Changing over from diesel, which is shown EVEN HERE to have more torque than electric, means MORE energy, MORE materiel, and MORE POLLUTION OVERALL to do the SAME WORK. Do a little more research on these topics. It sounds like you're blindly believing the wrong people.
The Mack Anthem has got to be one of the worst designed trucks for Driver comfort & it’s cheaply made forget about trying to sleep in one in a team operation you won’t get much sleep it’s horrible
