Hi Vic greetings from Puerto Rico, what type of diet give you the better look of your career(I think 07 Mr.O) and can you give us an example of those meals?
Just found your content recently and been loving it. I am a 39 year old lifetime natty. I got lucky with genetics and managed to build/maintain an athletic build at 197 lbs at or below 15% bodyfat for the past 8 years. Not competing so I won’t hop on PEDs, but like to keep strength and aesthetics as long as possible. Are there any herbal or natural supplements that pro bodybuilders regularly use and find effective for recovery or for a show prep? (ex. dandelion root as diuretic). I appreciate you guys!
I’ve played around with 300 grams of protein, 300 grams of carbs and about 100 grams of fat split between 6 meals and now I split it between 4 meals recently (75 grams of protein per meal). I know you mentioned that 4 meals a day worked for you. I feel about the same as six meals and haven’t been hungry or seen drastic change and it’s been about a month. Would you recommend to add a little more protein and carbs to each of my 4 meals slowly to get some size or increase the frequency of eating to 7-8 meals?

8:30 these guys always are quick to point out that steroids are just the finishing touches to a bodybuilding lifestyle. But then when asked what their protocol was for Mr Olympia they freeze and say they cant share it. Which gives the total opposite impression.
The truth is all these guys and all the amateurs use the same drugs. At more or less the same amounts. There are no crazy out of the box protocols.

When you say you never grow i'm curious to what your size is and what your lifts are like? I feel like in 10 years you should have made some real decent gains naturally. Are you eating in surplus, or have you, with proper macros as well? Working out hard should do it, but curious to what you're eating.
If you can't grow.. U need to eat more. Period.
At 200lbs lean body weight if Ur eating 1000c 400p 100f per day (6500 calories a day) and not gaining muscle then Ur math is off

Here's the lowdown on how to actually use tren properly.
You do not need much.. At all. A weekly dose of 0.5mg per kg lean bodyweight is a great starting point. And your maximum dosage during a longer cycle should never need to be more than 2.25mg x lean kg bodyweight per week.
Of course for very brief periods of well under 1 week i feel we can use closer to 5mg per kg lean bodyweight if absolutely required.
Of course you should always use tren acetate so that if u have issues emotionally you can stop and hopefully ride it out for 4 or 5 days and Ur good. Always inject tren DAILY never every other day that's a horrible idea. Ideally injecting 2x daily would be best but you want injections done well before bed time to avoid trensomnia.
Lastly If you are injecting early in the day and are still having sleep issues then Ur dosing is too high.
Megadosing melatonin helps tren sides massively. Working up to doses of 40-100+mg melatonin are massively helpful in these situations
What a dumb, uninformed comment. 100mg of melatonin? Even ONE mg puts most people to sleep. You would be completely dysfunctional with that much, or dead. There is NO safe way to use Tren. Even smaller amounts cause cardiac hypertrophy and aneurysms
Total test don’t mean a lot free test is what matters for building muscle and losing fat that guy with low test never mentioned his free test did he???

The guy with the first question...really dude? You haven't even been working out for a year and your worried about the upper middle chest area lol. Worry about getting a chest to begin with because I guarantee your pecs are not even remotely close to being fully developed. There is no point target a specific part of your chest until at least 2-3 years of working out. Your entire chest will grow with chest exercises. Barbell bench, dumbbell bench, chest press machines...do them with a slight incline and that's all you need. And by the sounds of it with you being 5'6" 160lbs but want to get to 149lbs you most likely have more fat than muscle to speak of. You can't grow the upper part of your pecs if the lower and middle aren't grown either...it doesn't work like that.

The misconception amongst gym goers that muscle size can ONLY be increased by using steroids has got to be the biggest piece of misinformation in the fitness industry today. I’ve been lifting weights for 30 years 10:58 : I cannot tell you the number of people that have approached me in the gym (complete strangers) and just start asking me what I’m on, as that is what’s going to help themwhat’s going to help them change their body. Nobody wants to hear about consistency, over time, nutrition, and intense training: they all think that the way you get to 300 pounds and 10% body fat is by just taking drugs until the cows come home. Glad to see there’s people out here like Vic who can speak from a high-level of expertise and help set the record straight.
Well nobody is getting to 300lbs with 10% bf natty anyway...so that point is irrelevant. And most gym goers don't think you can't grow muscle without gear either...that's a misconception spread by you and other people like you. The fitness industry isn't normal gym goers...and acting like they are is what you have wrong. Most people that go to the gym don't want to be 250lbs ripped, they want to be relatively lean with some muscle, which is easily achievable.
I've never heard anyone say or tell me that muscle can only be grown with steroids....that's the dumbest shit ever.

the biggest problem with the "fitness" industry is that everyone thinks that building muscle is going to make you burn fat... our bodies don't work that way (unless you are on steroids).
sure building muscle increases your RMR, but it's not enough to make you lose excess fat if you are 15, 20 or 25% bodyfat (or more).
focusing on building muscle to lose bodyfat is only effective when you are in single digit bodyfat percentages (or use the steroid shortcut lol).
i know steroids aren't the answer to everything when it comes to recomp (since you still have to do the work with diet and excercise)... but you see guys like sam sulek eating garbage and not gain a ton of bodyfat because of the steroids... if natural people follow sam sulek's diet and exercise, they will either end up obese or end up looking like one of those strongman guys when they are bulking (having both a lot of fat and muscle).
Have your meals and do not eat after 5pm, you’ll wake up in ketosis. Keto cleans the blood
