I love hitting Walmarts reduced section! I’m always finding Italian bread, doughnuts, pies, that are going out of date and they put out super cheap. If I can feeeze them I will buy a lot of time I’ll just do what you’re doing and make a dessert out of it for the night! 🎉 I love this idea with the Apple doughnuts! I’ll try this one for sure

I'm going to use pyure with non sweetened apples and add it to the cream/egg sauce as well! You can almost change anything into a diabetic friendly dessert. Pyure is Stevia with erythritol and is so much like sugar 😊
You can microwave day-old donuts or pastries for 20 seconds at a time until they are nice and soft and warm. Tastes as good or better than fresh bought.

You can always switch out ingredients for healthier sugar free desserts. I use pyure and would forego the canned sugary syrupy apples.
