Congratulations on your Heap/Wood finish! I agree completely about the over dyed floss for one stitch 🙄 I don’t think Brenda is the only one guilty of that ridiculousness. I’ve found myself swapping out skin color over-dyed flosses on more than a few charts. Hope your work life settles in comfortably soon. I will miss your videos with tons of stitching, though 😉

How in the world have I never been to your channel? I loved the variety of your wips, sooo many beautiful projects! Thank you! We’re about an hour north of where we used to live so I did not return to my old job in Boulder. I am not sure I want to go back to nursing so I found a super low stress job at a bakery down the street!

I read and loved the Dark is Rising as a kid! Tried to get my girls into it and they were completely not interested. I was so disappointed and sad. I'll try again sometime though, maybe my youngest will like it now that she's older. I think I'll start reading A Dark is Rising though this time instead of Over Sea Under Stone. That was my favorite and hopefully they could be interested it that one at least.

Congrats on all your finishes! Seeing your sister’s finish of your CC pattern has got me all inspired to stitch a bunch of book quote pieces. Your CC piece of course will be necessary. I feel like I need a Fourth Wing one too now. Did you show one you stitched a while ago or am I imagining that? Anyway, I know just what you mean on your Chatelaine. Every time I get mine out it takes a bit to reorient myself to it. Not something you can just pick up and go. But I like your categories for working on your WIPs. Thank you! I used random old floss from stash like from colour and cotton and random brands. So I don’t have names but I really tried to match to the colors I saw on the page in the magazine so nothing crazy!
