I've watched more than 100 of these. This was by far one of the most professional group of state employees I've seen so far. I hope they feel good about how well they treat people. I also hope that the people that they serve reciprocate the kindness.

There are two recurring themes I've been noticing with your audit videos...
1). Just because someone works for the STATE, does not mean that person answers to YOU. Contrary to the mistaken belief of many, "We the People" are NOT the "State". The State is a separate, sovereign entity, and you are not automatically entitled to the undivided attention of a State employee just because you walk into a State office and claim you are. State employees have every right, (and in some cases are legally required), to request you make an appointment, because they have work responsibilities they are expected to perform.
2). You really need to work on your interpersonal and communication skills. A large percentage of what you are claiming are "failures", is actually your own failures with how you approach government employees. Instead of starting out with a demand for, "Name, Rank, Serial Number", maybe try, 'Hi, I'm taking a tour of the building, and was wondering what you do in this office?" Then you could move on to asking for names.

Trying to keep in mind that you've had your fair share of difficulties with the justice system. Even so, this one is a bit much.
Im just imagining how id feel if you walked into my workspace and started in impromtu interview with me on a Monday, where if i slip up i might lose my job or get the city sued..Etc
