February 8th, 2014 11:14 P.M My buddy Raistlin Jacobs and I are celebrating a belated b-day party-esque thing for him... Around 11:00 We just got back from a Milwaukee Bucks game (we lost.) He told me earlier how he would literally make me play the game. Of course I was extremely reluctant, I'm not really the kind of guy who likes trying new things. I played it once in 2012 for like a couple minutes then got bored and played Slender (Remember that?) Oddly enough during the Bucks game all I was thinking about was how I could avoid playing the game. 11:14 P.M ; Raistlin hands me his other controller. I pick it up... And we play in his survival tutorial world. Which was very fittingly named "World of fools" (Which we still play on every now and again.) Once I was getting into it, He recorded his first Minecraft video with me in it. The video is called "World of fools" (Don't watch, cringe.) We played in a superflat creative world shortly after. We played until 2:00 a.m mainly cause his father wanted us off the games by then. But we woke up at 10:00 a.m. And played till 12:00 P.M (I left.) I tell my mom about the game, and I had it in my possession the day of. Spent the rest of the day developing my first creative superflat world which I called... "Sexy Land" And I still have the world in my Xbox 360. By the end of the year I knew enough about the game that I was teaching Raistlin things When he was "the old pro" Now it's 2017. Lots of fond memories with this soundtrack alone. Camping with my fellow classmates (Gym trip) 8th grade... Making thumbnails for Raistlin's Channel... Man... Where has the time gone? 2019 EDIT: I first played Minecraft when I was 14 years old. I'm 20 now. Now I'm really wondering where all of the time went. Goodness.
This song makes me think of myself looking back at the old days of Minecraft, when it was new, when I was a noob, when I discovered so many things about the game. Looking back at those days makes me have tears in my eyes, because of the death of that curiosity that Minecraft had given me when it first came out. This was one of the first songs I heard in the game. I remember figuring out how to get into a boat on a tutorial world. Bobbing up and down, I enjoyed the peace as this song played.
Back then it was - Build! Explore! Build! Build! Explore!!!!!!!! EX - PLORE!!!!!!! Now i have to worry about - spammers in chat Realm invites Getting elytra wings -_- PvP Ranking up in prison Not being able to kill skeletons (as of 1.9 they are more like HELLetons) (HEHE.)
+nagles123 wow, that's a lot. You know, if you are even one behind in updates on PE, you don't have to worry about other players, although it get pretty boring... I am going crazy because of that! i have no one to do anything with, or blow up, and trapping villagers in a TNT maze then blowing the maze up only gives so much entertainment. I'm the only Minecrafter in my family. very boring. **sad face**
+THEY HELLA GOT ME They don't have a crafting recipe. They can be found in End Cities wich are accessible after defeating the Ender Dragon. You need at least 1 ender pearl to get into the End Gate to the End Cities.
+BTD5 fan then: two questions, how do you fly with them and can you do it in creative mode? Now: nvm, I found out you hold space to use them, you glide not fly, and it is REALLY fun!
+nagles123 now that I experienced a "helleton" I know what you mean, I think they moved the chance of it hitting you up to much, maybe they put it to 80-90% from 50%, they should have it at 60-75%, because then it's not where you can hit them from the edge of the sword reach, and they are completely missing you, but it is not like a sniper, where if you are visible you are going to be shot. also, I don't like that they removed the ability to damage the enderdragon with snowballs, because snowballs did little damage, but you almost couldn't miss, and I don't like that they made it so you had to change something in the coding/programming (add your username in a certain part) to be able to use commands, at least that's what I understood when I searched "how to unlock commands in minecraft", so that's my thoughts on 1.9, almost everything else I can think of, I like that they added/changed.
Yep, I remember making my first world, (I was playing XBox Version) I built a house, made some (poorly done) redstone things...I added fly eventually to get down this ravine then my dad said that's cheating. I deleted it, and to this day I can't find a world just like that one, and I forgot it's seed. I can't really play MC without cheats or creative at one point. I gets hard. I got the PC/Mac version On 12-25-2013 (Christmas last year) And I can't really do single player. I feel so...alone. I know my first world was single player for me too, but it was smaller so I didn't feel as alone. God. Why can't I be a noob again so I can re-live the nostalgia? XD
+DerpyNotch that is what most people do(or should do, or do if they're like me: can't sit still and do nothing for ten minutes), if they can't find a cave they just make a dirt house, at least I do, I can't just sit in a hole in the ground, I have to do something to pass the time, so I make a house, get as many materials as possible in the day, and at night I do the crafting, until I get a bed, then I do crafting in the day.
Man this is so nostalgia I remember first day of having minecraft on my birthday I think I was 6 or 7 years old when I got it I had my friends invited they all wanted the ps3 console so they could try I was like nah ah ahh don't take it its my turn even tho they didn't get to play😅 then like 1 hour later after the birthday party I wanted to play some minecraft I heard this music and didn't know it was gonna be so special for me in the future/now I asked mom how to start up a new world. And I started punching my first tree and I got the wood and was gonna craft some oak planks in the og ps3 crafting bench gui and explored the world but... The night was coming with its dangerous monsters. Since I didn't really know they were gonna come I never made a house soooo I dug myself into a hole in the ground and waited.... Theese days were so simple and all 2020 is a nightmare Pandemic Protests Floodings Blackhole discoverd (won't affect 2020 really since it doesn't move) .... The world is getting strange litterly Lockdown Socialdistance 😔😔 Why can't we go back in time😢
Finally found the one I was looking for! Thanks for uploading this. It's so peaceful, especially around 2:00. Makes me feel like I've just discovered a paradise, and that everything is going to be just fine from now on.
The special thing about Minecraft songs is we all have memories of certain songs one reminds u of exploring caves One reminds u of your days if creative but all them remind u of when u we’re truly happy

I remember before my parents allowed me to watch CZcams, so I would love going to my nans on a wednesday to watch DanTDMs new mod showcase or stampys new lets play video, then when my dad came to pick us up, I would rush to get home to see if I could re create that on my Xbox 360, sometimes there would be a new update with new things like ender chests and I didn’t understand how they worked but I thought they were cool, then my friend Zak would explain how they worked, just for my 7 year old self to re explain it in the completely wrong way, we would laugh and he would explain it again, I miss those times, when there wasn’t any high school exams coming up or there wasn’t pressure put on you for playing minecraft, I just wish people would understand how we grew up with minecraft and nothing can change that... Edit: I still play minecraft to this day but it’s not like it used to be, I play the bedrock edition on my Xbox one s now and I use fancy graphics off to try and make it look like the older, more simple version of minecraft from 2011-2013
