if the voices of the characters while playing annoy or distract you, you can turn off their sound in the settings, that way you wont hear them in the shows anymore !
if the difficulty level is around 21-25 YES it will be thumb-friendly. difficulty levels 26-27 it is possible to use thumb if you are skilled. however the difficulty levels 28-37 (expert & master) are not thumb-friendly. hope this helps!
