Being a thumb player is indeed very difficult... I'm also a thumb player once... And it took me hours to full combo a song... Gosh... That's why I changed to a different device... A tablet is a better fit for pjsk... I even improve and I can now comfortably set the speed to 11.3 But well.... I still do miss being a thumb player... That's why I kept the app on my phone ☺️

if the difficulty level is around 21-25 YES it will be thumb-friendly. difficulty levels 26-27 it is possible to use thumb if you are skilled. however the difficulty levels 28-37 (expert & master) are not thumb-friendly. hope this helps!
