我覺得老闆亦有不對之處, 一開始應該和 人客說明現在很忙, 要等兩三個鐘, 這麼人客有選擇等或不等或者遲幾個鐘才再來。 事先不出聲， 要人客在不知情底下呆等兩個多鐘， 不合理吧。 安利亦提到， 老闆已唔夠人手， 仲係咁開新枱， 這種經營手法 ， 人客唔發火至奇。
