  • At 1,000 feet tall it would be Denver's tallest building. Greenwich Realty Capital submitted a preliminary project application to the city, but the project will have to make its way through the city’s approval process.

It's unfortunate that this grand building was cancelled.

I think they should make a mile high tower to match the mile high city they probably won't but that will be really cool

That would be pretty outlandish because the tallest building In the world isn't even a mile.

This wouldn't really make sense due to the current skyscrapers they are shorter then this one but I love how it looks

Yes it does, Denver's FAA height restrictions have been lifted and this building sets a new standard for the skyline. Look at Dubai and China's buildings, USA has to climb back to the top and Denver's skyline won't be stuck in the 80's with this bad boy cristening the clouds.

It would fit nicely in between the 700ft buildings, it might start some buildings to fill into it.

The whole project is up in the air, the media poorly covered it and the lot went back on sale. Most people who want to buy it mostly want to build smaller buildings, most likely to block out another skyscraper from being built. But Ursini is trying to build that building, let's hope he prevails.
